Brawl Block: Tinyfin Mode!
Construct a deck using ONLY basic, common and rare cards!
Some new technology has been added which ensures this brawl doesn't have any epics or legendaries in random card pools - awesome!
Quote From Joe Magdalena (I believe there was another basic / common / rare TB format that pre-dates tinyfin, so the name may have been different but the concept is the same)
That was "Peak to the Past" and was also only limited to basic and classic. Tinyfin is open for all sets.
Also we're now able to limit the discover/random pool and for this brawl only basic/common/rares will come out of them. In theory, it should be impossible to get an epic or legendary in this brawl.

New year, new deck:
Aggro mech mage works very well, you're only missing 2 legendaries and 2 amalgams from the standard list, so add in the old mechwarpers and galvaniers since it's a wild brawl, as well as some old standbys like mecharoo and snow chugger.
Well here is my attempt for this, worked pretty well:
New deck with lots of Alterac Valley cards:
Very nice, also had a similar deck coz all the new freeze shaman cards are pretty great and locks out any weapon based decks.
Kind of like how all the discovers and random card generation is locked down to just commons and rares too. Just shows Blizzard has the technology to make these brawl blocks it's own game mode.
Once I had my pack (Jade Miracle Druid, yawn), I threw together this spicy number.
I made a brawl version of my Spell Token Druid deck:
I'm having a lot of fun with this deck:
People have been asking for such format for a long while "pauper mode" turns out it's 99% aggro.
Nice one. There are a lot of strong decks out there, I had a lot of trouble winning with my miracle mage.
cards that add random cards to your hand won't give you epic or legendary cards, I tried to build a deck that could cheat out bigger guys, and I fought against a burgle rogue. Neither one of us got any epics or legendaries.
*edit* never mind, they already mentioned that in the blue-post.
