This looks like something ramp druid will LOVE post-rotation. Druid is losing Cenarion Ward, so they can slot in Colaque as some new kind of lifegain. Also Living Seed is still in standard after rotation, so druids could use it in order to draw it and cheat some mana, allowing it to go on board earlier.
Also as we know with Raid Boss Onyxia, immune minions can be hard to remove. So that makes Colaque even better. But despite that Colaque doesn't have rush, unlike Raid Boss Onyxia which means it's harder to get value out of the immune effect.
But still i think Colaque will see play in a lot of slower druid decks such as ramp druid, and you can get Colaque from Ambassador Faelin, which does seem like a card slower/rampish druid decks would like to run.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
This makes me hope for Big Beast Druid to be a thing. IN either case, this is basically Kresh but for Druid, which is great because Kresh is good.
I'd play this in any non-aggro Druid deck, it's just a great stabilizer.

It was awful.
I'll be honest, this looks unplayable. Not because its a bad card, but because I can't for the life of me understand why druid would even play a card like this. Maybe its because Im too used to druid doing druid things that even solid good cards like these just dont seem to fit in.
The shell has 8 health and grants you 8 health. But it has no attack, and Colaque itself only deals 6 damage. And this thing costs 7 mana. Best in Shell costs 6, generates two taunts, and more or less accomplishes the same job, and it has the all important tradeable tag on it. And you can play 2 of them. And even then many still think that card isn't worth playing in druid.
The only possible way this card sees play at all is either;
- theres some massive colossal synergy thats not revealed yet (we're talking revive, etc.)
- Or you can copy this minion on board, and the colossal effect also triggers again.
Other than that I cant see it.
Looks great and will see play in almost every druid deck , except for aggro :)

Very cool design for the Colossal mechanic and this guy is also a beast, so there will be beast synergies there too. I'm sure Wildheart Guff will love to include Colaque

If it had Rush, this would be insane. However, Ramp druid is losing a lot of options with the rotation coming up (Overgrowth and Lightning Bloom) getting this out early could be a challenge
Yet an other cool design, but as we know very little about the full set, hard to evaluate how this will plays out.
But I must say I'm excited for this new mechanic - hoping for a Big Beast Druid revival!

Well, this looks like it will be very tough to remove, since you have to get through an 8-health taunt before you can even target this. And the main body can remove your shit without any fear of damage until you do.
A solid defensive minion for slow Druid decks. As we've seen with Onyxia, minions with Immune are hard to deal with considering that you can't even target them. Luckily, you can target the shell, which makes this a lot easier to kill than Onyxia. Should still be a viable option for ramp Druids trying to stay alive.

Incredible Defensive card that requires a quick-ish answer because of the immune 6-5 that will take optimal trades. The armor gain is super useful, and the taunt is great at protecting possible other minions.

Good for basically the 16 total Health wall, though doesn't really push anything else.

Very defensive card, so it might see play while the meta is leaning towards aggro decks.
