Will Deathstalkers heropower include all the beasts released in the future? I read on patch notes, that they just implemented the next two expansions...

    I would hope they do.

Even if they don't, the set of available Beasts is already wide and diverse enough. It might actually be already too wide for consistency purposes...

They did add the beasts of Rise of Shadows to the pool despite at this point Rexxar already having rotated out. So I'm just gonna be optimistic they' keep this trend goig.

Originally they didnt want to do it, but at one point, due to overwhelming feedback(?) from the community, they changed their mind. So yes, DK Rexxar's hero power should include beasts from new sets as well.

Funnily enough, the fact that it continues to draw from a larger and larger pool of beast minions, the card becomes harder to really be predictable and consistent.

Only two DK cards become harder to be consistent over time. Rexxar for the reasons mentioned and Thrall, Deathseer for the obvious reasons.

Was it ever really consistent? :) I get your point, but not like you could guarantee to get a poisonous Exploding Bloatbat within 3 tires or something :)

It sure felt like my opponents could pull it off every time.

Rexxar DK's beast pool should have stayed limited at the ones available in KotFT and expansions prior (and Basic and Classic), maybe include K&C since it was part of the same year, but that's it. Playing the last months last year in Standard was annoying and everyone was sick of him. I wonder if it's the same in Wild.

    Bring back old Warrior Control.

AFAIR, after Witchwood update, you had about 30% to have lifesteal/rush/poison+battlecry/taunt/something immediatly impactful. Before it was pretty much "craft a big dude" and if you are lucky, it had taunt. Nowadays it is more diluted, which is honestly great.
