Competition Theme: Stay On Target
We need you to keep on target this week, so... wait, I have an idea!
- You must create a card which can let you select multiple characters as targets
- Barbed Nets and Goliath, Sneed's Masterpiece are our only current examples - the technology is here!
Demonxz95 is looking for us to expand our goals this week, or at least hit a few more targets!
As always, I can be reached through Discord or here on the site via PM if you have any issues to report.
Competition Phases

Welcome to the site!
Idea is that you can either buff up your stuff or destroy 1 minion. if the minion has 1 gift from a previous cast of this spell, receiving another will kill them. issue is finding a mana cost/gift number balance. 3 mana destroy a minion felt ok since priest can do it for 2 but what do you guys think?
I'll boop you
We have the technology!
I know the name for Tri-Cast Orbs isn't great, but I literally couldn't think of anything else better and I was spending a long time on it already.
Qorval doesn't start with multi-targeting, but after you Infuse him he can kill + summon two minions. The token is an example, such as if you had destroyed a Kalecgos or Ysera the Dreamer.
Swapping stuff is gonna be very common this week i guess...not sure if this is special enough^^
I'm pretty sure I'll go with some variation of this, but I'm wondering if I should hive it an optimal statline. I mean, you need your opponent to have two minions AND have some means to damage one of them for this to be effective...
Also, maybe the class should be Warlock, as the effect is a curse. But man, I like this artwork so much for this effect.
My previous ideas are inside the spoiler.
I was very satisfied with Faceless Trickster… Until I realized it's almost identical to a previous winner this season. I don't think I'll go with it, but I wanted to post it anyways.
About Darksong Deranger, she's based on the myths of sirens luring sailors with their songs. Not sure if this flavor is conveyed clearly enough, though.
Going with these two this week, a safe option and a bold one. Mischievous Sea Witch is supossed to only Discover targetable spells, and I hope the text in Multi-Arrows is clear enough, let me now if it is not.

We're going fast this week! Here's some early feedback while I try to come up with an idea that could match at least one of these amazing cards. Seriously, this week is nuts. I already see multiple 5-stars.
Here it is:
Should it be rare or epic?
Feedback:
AeroJulwin - I think it should be Epic, if you're playing off of Spammy Arcanist.
MrRhapsody - Multi-Arrows is okay, but it feels weird to me. Too many Keywords, and giving the Lifesteal arrow more power than the other two. Yeah it's the only one that truly matters about the damage, but the arrows should be equal in my opinion. I could see it doing well just because, but I prefer the Sea Witch.
Wailor - I like this a lot. I did a similar effect in my Kel'thuzad/Lich class, but the Voodoo flavor works very well.
TheHoax91 - This seems really strong: it's a 3-Mana Mind Control, but you have to give up something. That something will usually be a Battlecry minion or a damaged minion that's now garbage. I would be more comfortable with it if the card was a Legendary, but being able to do this on the cheap twice or more is a lot.
Demonxz95 - As I said elsewhere, Soul Swap is basically Vol'jin's Hero Power in Battlegrounds; not many points for creativity, but it's very effective and makes sense as a Priest card. I would avoid Tri-Cast Orbs.
BasilAnguis - The effect is a little wonky, but I see where it's going. "Gift" should probably be capitalized, like how Banana is in Banana Vendor and the like.
Feedback:
I know removal now is stronger than in the previous era, but I still feel destroy and +1/+1 is too strong, given a 4 mana plain destroy is the baseline (Assassinate).
If you go with the buff, I think it's severely underpowered, as it's just a much weaker Mark of the Lotus (costs 2 more and you can target up to 3 minions).
My solution would be to it cost 4, with 4 "gifts" in total and a destroy threshold at 3 or even 4. This way, it wouldn't be a weaker Mark of the Lotus, since you can target a friendly minion more than twice.
Tri-Cast Orbs isn't bad, but it isn't as interesting IMO
Multi-Arrows is also nice and fits the art very well. Even then, I prefer the other card.
What I would change is the wording. I think "Deal 1 damage to a minion. If it dies, repeat this with 1 more damage." works better.
You get to destroy an enemy minion and take its stats for your own; you don't have to destroy your own minion. Have I worded the text poorly? I figured that would be the primary use case: killing two enemy minions and getting two bodies in return.
My bad. I was assuming the Golem would be summoned where the minion was. I think you worded it alright, I just slipped.
My own feedback time.
Zandalari Soulbinder is quite a good use of mechanics. My only concern is how unmistakably similar it is to an already submitted card (though for what it's worth, I think your version is a lot better), and unfortunately the same goes for Darksong Deranger.
Faceless Trickster is pretty good. I enjoy the flexibility of it. If you need something to fall back on in case you believe the other two cards are too similar to those aforementioned already submitted cards, then this is a pretty solid choice.
Mischievous Sea Witch feels a bit jumble and unfocused to me. It's not bad, but I do think Multi-Arrows makes better use of the prompt. It seems that MSW is the more favored of your two cards so far, so take that with a grain of salt.
The only thing that bothers me about Multi-Arrows is the Freeze since Freeze is very much not a Hunter mechanic (and neither is Lifesteal for that matter, but Lifesteal is a much more class-neutral keyword in my opinion, so it gets a pass for me). I do realize that we got Snowed In for Warrior 2 sets ago, but even that card still feels "wrong" to me.
I love the way this effect plays.
That said, I do agree that it should be Epic and I also think you should use Wailor's wording.
A couple initial ideas. I really like the flavor of Bad Romance, but the effect is admittedly on the basic side. Covetous Shade works nicely with all the stat play Priest has been getting recently, like Switcheroo and some of the Castle Nathria stuff. Lots of cool ideas for the comp so far!
No inspiration for me so far so I'll probably take the week off. Gotta say your cards look amazing though! So many 5 stars contributions already. Hats off to Demon for suggesting the prompt as well!
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

It seens most people already submmited, but here's my feedback for those who haven't.
Bloodmefist: Bad Romance is absolutelly hilarious and super flavourful, maybe it should cost 6, but I loved the card nonetheless. And the Shade is nice too, but not as nice the Bad Romance IMO.
TheHoax91: Not a fan TBH, even with the balance change that others suggested, I'm still not fond of it, it lacks a bit of flavour and boldness IMO.
Demonx91: The orbs feels more original and bold, so I would normally go for that one, however, Soul Swap is definally safer, and looks like it's everyone's favorite, so I'll say that Soul Swap is good to go.
BasilAnguis: That's a weird one, in a good sense thought, quite original and flavourful, my suggestion is just to raise the cost and mess with the buffs a little, to give +2/+2 or just +2 Attack, something along these lines.

Both are neat, but I prefer Bad Romance. I'd recommend using this art, though:
Less than 24 hours left to submit!
Good luck to the finalists!
Congratulations to BloodMefist!
We had a three-way tie for second, too :D
Congrats to BloodMefist!
