Honestly, sounds pretty strong. Weapon removal doesn'T really counter it unless they pull it immediately (in which case, good job, now deal with the 5/5), and the longer you let it cook the worse it's gonna get.
Honestly might even be a bit too strong overall unless your curve really sucks. All you really need to do against aggressive decks is make it to turn 6 while playing two 5-cost cards inbetween and you're just creating a massive wall of taunts.
Hopefully they don't jam yet another massive lategame combo into Druid.
I prefer when Druid is allowed to just play for board instead of folding to aggro while curbstomping anything slower than Face Hunter.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
What this card does is just so-so. But let's be real here, this card wont see any play unless the support is literally nuts. Not because its not doing enough for 4 mana, but because it exist in a class that usually doesn't care about making a bunch of 5/5s.
So here's the thing. Its easy enough to see the pattern of what team5 would ideally want us to do. Play this on 4, Nourish (assuming its even in core) on 5, play another 5 mana spell, then pop it around turn 6-7 followed by Drum Circle, making at least a board of four 7/9s with taunt.
The problem? Well, firstly against control decks this kind of play accomplishes as much as a Desk Imp and we have not yet seen any evidence that druid can actually even last past turn 6 against non-control, playing expensive cards, without dying. Scale of Onyxia (the one stabilizer) is rotating, and its replacement Flipper Friends is precisely half its efficiency.
So midrange druid then? Play an actual curve and ditch the ramp? I havent seen that happen since DoD and chances are good I wont be seeing it now.
Well, the days of Malfurion having 20 mana are coming to an end, so that might really slow down how much you can upgrade this. Still, this is the only Druid weapon other than Twig of the World Tree, so that's something. Now I wonder if the Mage, Priest, and Warlock weapons will have any attack, since the only weapons ever printed for those classes had 0 attack. They could always have deathrattles and alternative means of reducing durability.
Sigh! Stop giving Druid more annoying cards in Wild!!!!
The scumbags will gladly replace Sphere with this and bank free 5/5's while they live forever with armor and rush summons....

It's alright. It has a interesting interaction with weapon removal. After all, you want to break the weapon before the deathrattle summons too many 5/5s... But at the same time you might not want to break it yet, because your not ready to deal with the 5/5s yet. And iirc breaking their weapon on your turn with weapon removal makes it so the 5/5s wont have fatigue/summoning sickness or whatever during your opponents turn. (Which means they can go SMOrc immediately.)
As for 5+ cost spells we got: Flipper Friends, Beetlemancy, Unending Swarm, Life from Death, Drum Circle, Nightshade Bud, Miracle GrowthConvoke the spirits. Oh and from core: Nourish.
Overall, the spells are mostly midrangey spells. Which is probably the kinda deck where you want to play Timber Tambourine in. Altough, some kinda ramp druid might considering it as well.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Interesting design for a class that has only a few weapons available. I don't think it fits any existing deck, but can see it has loads of potential. Wild player will hate that kind of addition to Druid's arsenal ..!
Timberine anyone? TIMBERINE!?
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
I like this more than Rhythm and Roots, but only just barely, and it looks just as slow. At least you can almost guarantee that you have a board ready for when you have Drum Circle in hand.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
