I've made a quick check on 3-cost minions in mage's pool and... Meh. it is good to have two 3-cost minions for 4 mana but there are a bunch of worthwhile minions and there are a lot for 3 mana. Most of the good ones are good for their battlecry so this card will be meh most of the time.
It might be actually quite good if Manufacturing Error hits this but it won't be effective enough on turn 7 anyways if it can't hit 2x of this but in that deck you want it to hit Yogg in the Box or any other 5+ cost spells so, i don't know. I don't usually dislike cards but i didn't like this one. It would be quite good in a set with a lot of taunts and deathrattles tho but not in this set.
Underwhelming when you consider the power level of the set.

I expect this will be pretty good. Mage looks to be getting lots of good spell support. I wonder if your "no minion" Mage deck would want to risk running E.T.C., Band Manager with a few key minions in his band?

Meh indeed. Being able to discover the minions makes it a bit better, but missing out on the battlecries is a big deal for low cost minions. Wouldn't be surprised if this gets buffed to 3 mana.
Not having minions is something I can not see happening in mage...
I thought the same about Hunter during Kobolds and Catacombs and even felt bad about getting the legendary hunter weapon, but time proved me wrong.
I hope it happens again.

No Minion Mage is certainly an intriguing option for deck-building. This card is fine in specifically a No Minion build - it's not a card that's going to force you into no minions, it's just a nice tool to have if you've already decided to be no minions. Considering that Khadgar is a minion, I don't think people are going to be very interested in no minion mage during this expansion.
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
This is an okay card. By itself it's not really enough to encourage no-minion Mage and even with the second 3-drop, you still sometimes might get screwed by the RNG and not get a good board for what you paid for.
At the very least I do appreciate the fact that the two pictures in the artwork do have some actual differences in them.
Another staple in no-minion mage, not the strongest, but still alright
Love the flavour, but too weak for the drawback.
Decent card and has potential, hopefully it works cause no minion mage was super fun to play in the past
Again, a good support card for no minions mage, but not game winning either. And that's exactly what the deck is missing. So no, I don't think this will work out.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

Reminds me of that awful Rogue spell that summons two 4 cost for the price of 8 minus draw.
But this one seems less effort fersure.
Very bad without the condition, so we have to see if all spell mage is good.
Cool card, but the whole no minion deck doesn't really convince me. Hopefully I'm wrong, since it's a cool concept.
Because no-minion decks still need ways to put minions on the board. Will getting two almost random 3-Cost minions help? Maybe.
Given that this is a Discover to summon and not totally random, in practice I think this is going to be far more consistent than people give it credit for. Sure there's still a handful of low rolls, but it's very unlikely that they'll fill up your options, nevermind twice.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
