Hey guys, is anyone else having problems with the new portraits? I got Druid, Rogue and Warrior but none of them "register" when I go play

You need to switch them in Collection Manager in Portraits selection

Got the same problem with Paladin, I have it unlocked but don't get the "make favorite" option.

Others may have had the same issue I've had to where even if you select the different portrait or set to favorite some of your preexisting decks will stay as they are for the portrait. The quick fix for me has been to just remake the deck with the new 1000 win portrait selected at the start and then it should be working fine, although the issue is something Blizzard will have to fix down the road.
Yes a friend of mine has the same problem - worked fine yesterday! now if he selects a deck it shows him the new portrait but as soon as the game starts it shows him the "old" one - i guess there is some issue with the update ...

I have the same problem.. have the portraits but can't use them.
There have been various reports of people unable to use their 1000 win portraits, it seems to be a bug and the only thing to do for now is wait for a fix.
Only way I got it to work is to select the new portrait as the default. Then it worked on all decks at least. Maybe can be used as a temporary workaround until bug is fixed. Made my whole interface yellow though. (Yes I play a lot of mage)
I can't even make Paladin or Warlock portrait as favorite - well, I can click it, but the change never registers - ... for whatever obscure reason, it works for Rogue, but its the one I wasn't wanting to use ...
Is this an other case of Spaghetti coding?

I heard it can be resolved by turning off your caps lock
I have the same problem with Warlock And Mage.
Put the new heroes as favourite, even assigned them individually to the decks of the class, but still when I enter play the hero is the "normal" one.
They fixed it! If you still have a problem with the portrait - just equip a normal one as your favourite and after that equip the 1000 Wins Portrait as your favourite again - it should work after that - if not you not to restart the game , and it should work.
It did for me and some friends at least :)
