Madame Lazul is back in Hearthstone's newest teaser video for the upcoming expansion to be announced at BlizzCon.
Wyrmrest Accord and Northrend's flying Dalaran can be seen in the video. What else do you notice?

My guess is that there will be a new mechanic where cards will gain particular effects depending on whether you play a League of Evil card or an Explorers League card. Could be an interesting way to craft decks. Also it makes sense with the card backs changing colour. Just a guess, guess we'll know more next weekend.
1) The video is 70 seconds long.
2) This is the 3rd expansion in the year 2019.
3) 2019/(70*3) = 9.6.
4) Round down to eliminate 0.6 since Dalaran crashed = 9
5) 9 is the square of 3
HALF LIFE 3 CONFIRMED YOU GUYS! IT'S CONFIRMED!
Damn... was hoping for Victoria III :(
I ain't gonna lie, I thought you were a freakin' Numerologist after reading the 1st half ^^
That plot twist ..!
YOU GENIUS! MYSTERY SOLVED!!!
I thought the video was prescient in that I'd had to get up for the toilet 3 times during the night. Either that or definitely Half Life 3 :P
Oh my god.
It would be cool if they let us vote what will happen in next year. Maybe in single player adventure.
And also, the purple and orange colors are not just the league of EVIL and the league of explorers colors?
The cards on the table is constantly switching colors.. any ideas what it means? I say maybe we will get a redeemed/corrupted version of our lovely heroes and villains, albeit a bit boring, though.
Given its between purple (for E.V.I.L.) and orange (for Explorers) my guess is it representing the uncertainty around which League will win. It sounds like there is no official winner until the player base has done something, probably like how MSoG had no official winner of the 3 gangs (though gameplay showed the Jade Lotus won that showdown).
As for cards themselves, I wouldn't be surprised if each member of the 2 Leagues were central figures of another legendary card (like they were in the Uldum quests), but I doubt there will be new twisted versions of them themselves. As you said, it would be a bit boring to have the more cards of the same character, but their appearances in card art can help tell the narrative.
Purple is the color of the League of EVIL, so a card glowing purple might represent a League victory. Right now in the Battle.net client I'm looking at an ad for the Hex and Flex bundles, of which the left side is Rafaam on a purple background and the right side is Reno on a yellow/orange background, so the other card color might simply represent an Explorers victory.
Based on hints from one of the brawls, I think there will be some additional twist that involves Nefarian, but I can't find any evidence for that in this teaser. I never played WoW though, so it's very much possible I didn't pick up all hints available.
I wish they brought Nefarian back.
How is Rafaam the leader of the league of EVIL and yet the warlock is the weakest since the rotation...?
Because Rafaam is only a puppet to a larger evil at work here! The Old Gods are influencing these events to a greater end of their own design. Why else would a no-name fortune teller like Lazul suddenly become a fixture in Hearthstone if not for her masters being the real puppeteers in these affairs?!
Bolvar: *looks out the window and sees Dalaran* "I hate it when people park their cars on my property"
I don t like changing Lazul art in this teaser.
She's bundled up for the cold weather, and the mask around the eyes was part of the League of EVIL theme when they were robbing Dalaran of their... well, of Dalaran. They all had them in the trailer while dropping into the city.
Of course Supreme Achreologist Rafaam will win.
Northrend, Dalaran, Dragons.
The hype is real.
Anyone think there’s any significance to the snow? They were last in a desert area which can be cold, was more of your stereotypical hot desert. This time out the window was snow, as well as you can see the characters bundled up for warmth. This could just be because it’s a December launch? Or is there a more snowy location for this next expansion
