New quest system

Heya guys.

I'm curious to see whether you have the same experience as me so that I can decide whether it's me lucky for the past 7-8 days or it maybe changed for better.

Basically the thing is that I get mostly 60g quests from the new type (play 3 games with x, y or z). And these are quite nice. You can either play them if you enjoy the classes or gift the victory to the opponent while going AFK for example.

What do you think?

i have been getting this quest often too and i like it.

I almost only get quests for 60 gold. Some of the older 50g quests now award 60, like the meek shall inherit for example.

As a result I almost never have to reroll 50g quests and I keep asking myself if this is good or I am missing too many 80 or 100 g quests this way. 

Yeah I’ve been getting mostly the same quests (as well as a few of the higher ones too though). The weird thing though is that rerolling them gives similar quests, when Blizz specifically said it’d give a 50 gold quest instead

Haven‘t seen a 50g yet since the update! It’s a small difference but i like it. We started at frequent 40g quests back in the day .

Same here, only got maybe 2 or 3 50g but turned out to a 60g when re-rolled.

I'm not complaining at all!

Didn't you use to get 5 gold per win though?

I'm not complaining about free gold but I do find these quests a bit boring.

Nope, it was 5 Gold per 5 wins if i remember correctly! But that didn’t last very long.

I also have only gotten I think 1 50g (offset by getting a 100g which was great) - the rest have been the 60g so very nice to stock up on gold before DoD launches!

I''m not complaining, but I got a lot of those "beat 3 bosses" or "watch and learn" type quests for a free classic pack.

Mostly 60g, some 50g which often seem to reroll into 60g, and I've gotten one 80g challenge on my main as well as an alt account since the change, and a few of the pack rewards for playing solo content.

Overall it's been very nice, especially since I have two alt accounts, so the "play 3" quests make it super easy to clear my quest queue for those.

Same here.  Re-rolling a 60 typically results in another 60g quest.  As someone else who also runs alt accounts to generate additional 80g quests for my main account, this makes clearing dailies much easier, so I'm generally happy with the change.

However, while I've had a couple of 80g quests offered, I have yet to re-roll into a 80g quest. Just curious - has anyone here re-rolled a quest and got an 80g?

How are you rerolling 60g quests into more 60g quests? Blizzard specifically said in the 15.6 patch they were changing that:

Daily quests have also been split into two buckets: Easy (50g) and Slightly More Difficult (60g). Rerolling a Slightly More Difficult (60g) quest (like Play 10 Beasts) will always give you an Easy (50g) quest, so you can get Easy quest every day if you’d like.

As far as I can tell, it’s a bug. I’ve rerolled one or two 60’s and I haven’t even seen a 50 gold quest yet

Yes, indeed, it appears to be a bug, but I personally prefer the option to roll into a 'better' quest, so I'll be sad to see this particular bug go.

I'm also still curious if it will remain possible to re-roll into an 80g - haven't done it myself yet

I've received 60g quests since the change. I haven't re-rolled any of them, either. I don't know about playing a friend quests...

I managed to complete 3x60g quests in one go. They all included druid, so 3 quick silly games and 180g, thanks!

I like the new quests better since they can be done more easily if you play only one class mainly.

In the last 24 hours though I've seen 4 50g quests (and none of which are from a 60g reroll)

I wonder if there was a server side issue that has now been resolved.  Or perhaps they've been temporarily more generous due to the period when we couldn't reroll at all.

Perhaps my recent experience isn't shared by most in which case great :)

I've now been pretty much getting 60g quests again.  And as I test I rerolled a 60g to a 60g, then did another reroll of a 60g (on a different region) to a 50g quest
