I don't believe this can work. Shuffling cards into deck is too unreliable, mana cost is too high, stats are not threatening and random dragons can be good (in most cases), but in current meta its not enough.
I´m not sure if this card is good, but for sure it´s super fun. Everyone I know loves dragons, everyone loves RNG (at least for the memes :D). This card has both. Not seeing this being competitive, but I expect fun highlights with this one. :)
I don't see it being played, the only reason you might is if Druid gets more cards like Breath of Dreams.
As it stands this card is a 9 mana do nothing. The card takes a minimum of two turns to really do anything and the body is not threatening enough to warrant your opponent answering it. Then you are also as the mercy of draw RNG for it to even be effective. There are also lots of undesirable dragons that you can summon from the portals.
I feel this card needed Taunt in order to be playable, right now without any other OP dragon synergy cards, this will not see any play.
A bit slow and RNG-reliant but we'll have to see more dragons released to fully judge this card. Would say OG Ysera is better due to better consistency
Sounds reasonable for a Dragon Control Druid with no Quest or Zephrys mechanics... Ysera and other late-game dragons might be just better? This one can summon pretty big dragons, for sure
A flashy card indeed, but competitive? nah, it sucks. random is not good, unless it's box of yogg saron
You've got to live the dream! Yes, it may be clunky. But if you're playing a dragon druid, it will be top heavy anyway, and your opponent will most likely run out of ressources to clear before you run out of Ysera's emerald Dragonswarm. And it's better than OG Ysera, since the reward won't be situational -dragons are almost always good, and you get them somewhat spaced out.
Unleashed Ysera will also provide a steady input of videos about good or bad luck.
What's not to love?(Except the artwork. I do not recognise her.)

No, no, no... they cannot ruin Ysera like that... 2/5 and I am so optimistic with this rating...
I actually think this slots nicely in to a quest druid deck as a nomi-esque card once you draw your whole deck. Cool card.
I think there's too many low stat dragons for this to actually be good at the moment

Not sure what to rate this for ladder, but the art alone is 5/5

I think it is a good card, will have to wait for the rest of the dragons in standard, but in wild, WOW!
Too much rng dependant to be good and reliable

Good Standalone card especially with the draw druid has with cards like Wrath, Ferocious Howl, Nourish and Overflow.
The average Dragon's stats seem good, too, so I can see it played in Quest druid even without dragon support

Don't see it being revolutionary in Standard/Wild but has a decent overall power-level.
Might be more appealing to strange midrange strats.
NEAT
but...it says summon a "random dragon" so while a free minion's good, if it's a weanie dragon then it's not too good.
Plus it's a body that doesn't really DO much when it lands

The big payoff for ramping in dragon druid. I think it will definitely see play.

Standard meh..but wild is gonna love this card so much! 4/5 for me!
kinda rng but looks like fun
This can give you another win condition in quest Druid , after Kun is gone run this along side Nomi for insurance?
