can we use it as tempo generating card? and how often u can Invoke twice before turn 4? or is this only Thuarissan like thing? I would like to make some aggressive deck with this

Very very hard to invoke twice before turn 4. But even in a tempo deck, a 3/6 on 4 isn't something to complain about. Otherwise if you want the full effect, this will most likely drop on 6. I'm surprised there wasn't 1 more neutral Invoke card that was less than 4 mana.
A little mana cheat with requirements. Due to the need to invoke this is unlikely to be played on turn 4 as you'd have to play 2 invoke cards prior to this. The reduction is nice but it may not make such a big impact as people may think. The stats are excellent though
Effect like Emperor Thaurissan are allways strong, because enable combo and give tempo advantage. Strong card and I think isn't too difficult activate the battlecry
I'd need to see the whole set to know exactly how good this card is but being able to discount cards in your hand by 2 mana each has to enable some disgusting combos. Like, that start's getting to the point where you can pair velen with holy fire for deal 10 heal for 20.
Decent stats, dragon tribe synergy, and mana cheat all on the same stick. But this will only see play if priest can do an OTK, or invoking cards are decent and plentiful.
At the moment, it remains to be seen if there would be some kind of control priest with some mana cheat that does not result in an auto win.
4 mana 3/6 is a solid statline especially against aggro-oriented decks. the effect is nice to have, the strength of the card heavily relies on having many invoke effects in the deck though and i generally consider the invoke-cards quite bad tempo-wise. galakrond might get steamrolled by faster midrange or aggro decks imo

Pretty good for Galakrond based decks. You can play it late games after using Galakrond power a few times.
so Taurissan for Galokrond priest but i don't believe in gala priest maybe it can be usable without gala
Mana cheating is always strong, so potential of this card is obviously insane. Looking forward to see some amazing action with this beauty :-)
Solid card if galakrond takes off, might be the reason to do priest galakrond deck in a first place.
Now that's a good card to make an invoke deck for priest, this is like thaurissan but cheaper and is a dragon. Seems decent

That´s just a good card. I wonder if it enables combos. But probably only in wild :(
emperor thaurisan now cost 4 mana
If im correct that card allows you to play 4 velens and do 64 dmg with two holly smite :O
Combo will be like prophet +2x vivid nightmare + power word: replicate + 2x holly smite.
I don't know if I would swap Twilight Guardian for this in a Dragon priest deck, honestly.
I love the art for this one.
I am not sure if the effect is relevant for priest atm, doesnt seem to synergize with Galakrond (as in the hero power)
It is a good card though, no doubt about it, its "weakness"being that it can only be played by Galakrond decks

on turn four i believe it's rare when you get to invoke twice, so i don't think it's gonna be so bunkers like it seens.
We will see dragon combo priests in wild for sure. Up to 3 ticks in 7 cards with two of this guys and emperor!

Even if you haven't invoked twice, the stats on these are pretty decent to add in a dragon deck.
