As someone who loves Quest Warlock, I an very excited to see this card. Sprint on a stick AND increasing max hand size is pretty good, I think it might even see play in Zoo as refill.
You are a warlock, draw a card was never a big problem for warlocks, the body is weak for 7 mana, the permanent effect it's not very useful, so you can draw 4 card for 7 mana, it's not bad. But as a warlock you already are drawing a lot of cards without this.
Although I don't think it is as simple as declaring it to be 400 dust. I do agree that it is likely to end up being a bit of an awkward card in Warlock outside of OTKs
Increasing hand size in Warlock is incredibly powerfull, but is it strong enough to see play on a 7 mana 4/4 minnion with no immediate effect on the board? On another note it's just an overall interesting card given that it introduces hand size manipulation. Maybe in the futture we get cards that either decrease the opponents hand or your own.
Since you'd be playing this in a deck that draws a lot of cards, it's not a problem if it's not playable in every matchup: you won't have enough mana to play all your cards anyway.
I guess you are right. You could probably add it to help in your control matchups (considering you are playing a Handlock type of deck) and just not play it against aggro. I just don't know if drawing 4 cards at that point in a control matchup is really what you want.
The effect is pretty cool but I can't think of a deck where it could be of used besides Mechathun. This has better stats than Azalina to replenish your hand so there's that.
Is it strange that I think this will see limited use? I think it might be strong in combo's like Mecha'thun but I feel like outside of that it is just such a niche effect and four draw might even just be too much for a Warlock deck that isn't trying to OTK.

This is Sprint, on a body, that also buffs your hand size permanently. This is insane.

This effect is very cool, but it's kinda useless... on turn 7 you can have 12 cards on hand... ok whatever... 400 DUST
In what world is drawing 4 cards useless?

2/10. Needs further support

Okay so This guy's stats are REALLY bad for 4 mana, but he is attached to sprint, so it's a 1 mana 4/4 that casts sprint. Not terrible.
The increased HAND size is pretty sweet. And he synergizes well with the Quest from Ulduum.
Yes, Rafaam's plan's coming together nicely...
1 Mana Mountain Giant here I come. I thought they would never do something like that, but here we go...
Pretty cool card. But it's 3/5 because its impact really need to be tested. It's not one of those cards you can tell straight away
