My favourite moment was Hunterace vs Viper in the championship final this past spring - their final game displayed everything that is great about Hearthstone.
I've been main-decking Reno Hunter ever since LoE - with all the cool new Reno toys we received in 2019, I'm mostly looking forward to playing nothing but Reno decks in every class for the rest of 2020.
Favorite moment of 2019: Seeing an enemy mage at 10 HP casting Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron and getting pyroblasted from 1st spell
In 2020 I hope that Blizz will care about game even more like they showed us in 2019; more frequent nerfs, more buffs, more mid-expansion events, generally, I'm looking forward to see them giving more love to one of the best (if not the best) games they created
My favorite moment in 2019 was the return to the rafaam and the return of old mechanics.
My expectation from 2020, new adventures
Battlegrounds release
Tournament mode
Favorite moment of 2019: when after more than 3 years playing hearthstone, I was able to get my first 12 arena win. Still can believe it!
Looking forward on 2020: more buffs to hearthstone cards, specially the ones that are useless like magma rider and warsong commander
Favourite 2019 moment: Liooon winning Blizzcon with a Hunter deck in her lineup.
2020: More Hearthstone Masters tour.
Anytime Puzzle Box of Yogg Saron is played.
The Amazing Reno casting Puzzle Box of Yogg Saron
Favorite moment: The announcement of the year's set format. I think it was a fun way to celebrate 5 years of hearthstone and Rafaam is one of my favorite characters ever, so it's nice to see more of him.
Looking Forward: Seeing how the Hearthstone team learns from their experiments in buffing and introducing old/new cards into the game. I hope Rise of Mech and Doom in the Tomb taught the team how long certain events should last and how to address problem cards.
Favourite Hearthstone moment from 2019 - Introduction of Bob
looking forward to most in 2020 - More Hero portraits
Favorite moment from 2019: Battlegrounds launch.
What I'm looking forward to in 2020: reworking Priest's conception.
Solo adventures in this year were awesome, thank you, who responsible for solo adventures. Even with extra gold (cash) price it were totally worthed.
I really want new solo expirience modes in 2020, dungeon run modes were awesome, and i see how they upgraded it, and i m really hoping they can do something new.
In 2019 I finally managed to reach my longtime Hearthstone aim: To manage to save up to 100.000 Gold (which probably disqualifies me for this event). That was really a big and sad thing for me. There werent not many aims beside collecting card backs and collecting the cards in the game. Therefore I created my own aim. I am playing the game daily since Closed Beta and I did not miss a single daily quest since then.
Hopefully I am finally going to see Achievements being implemented. Thats the one thing I am looking forward the most.
Best moment 2019 - Year of the Dragon and card rotation
Looking forward 2020 - new year and card rotation
My favorite moment from 2019 is the launch of this site and becoming part of the squad for the content here. As far as I'm concerned, that technically counts as a Hearthstone moment.
What I look forward to the most in 2020 is where this site will go, but also to see where the game goes. New cards and new ideas to explore. Team 5 has a lot to play around with, and they've been getting better every year. Legends of Runeterra might also provide some real competition for Team 5 and if they, things will be even more interesting.
Completing the insanely challenging Final Bosses on Dalaran Heist Heroic
Battleground renovations to increase immersion and progression
Favorite moment:
Would have to be Hunterace v. Viper finale. That game has gone down in history, and watching that live was a monumental experience.
HS Future
The battlegrounds blew my mind, and I’m really excited to see where they will take that game mode
Favourite moment of Hearthstone 2019: Changes to Arena with rotations of sets and also increased frequency of nerfs during whole year
What Im looking for in Hearthstone 2020 is more PVE content. Im waiting for true campaing with big story and some action going on between fights. Probably won’t see that coming but Im still waitin
My favorite moment from 2019 was watching Purple competing in masters. He's not someone I used to watch much but I definitely came to appreciate his personality more last year. Was bummed when he lost.
With the current cycle I always look forward to the announcement of the next expansion, finding out what's coming and seeing how everything changes when 3 expansions rotate out of standard. It's always an exciting time that I enjoy.
My favourite 2019 moment was the Saviors of Uldum trailer with the awesome music. I'm looking forward to what will replace the year of the dragon episodes with the league of evil vs explorers plot.
