Spell Druid is slowly but surely coming together
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Looks like a bigger Version of Wispering Woods. Though it takes more Mana to combine it with Druids boardwide Buffs, it makes up for it by generating bigger Minions.

It is a nice refill for token druids, nothing fancy, but good enough. Maybe it will be useful in some spell druid decks if they have enough token support.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
I don't see it in any deck besides spell druid (if there is one). However in spell oriented deck it's very strong.
I never apologize… I’m sorry but that’s the way I am.
I like it, but it's also somewhat hard to evaluate.
I don't belive in a purely spell based Druid, so I'm thinking of slotting this into Quest Druid somehow. Combine it with Ysiel and The Forest's Aid and you have a way to build multiple lategame boards to then buff with Cenarius or PotW
But IN Quest Druid you'll almost never be able to play this for value at turn 5, which is where it really shines.
If we just go pure spells we're gonna need to run at least a few minions to synergize (Keeper Stalladris for instance) and that makes the "draw 3 spells" card worse.
Still on the fence, need to see more cards.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Interesting. I guess they are trying to make some sort of spell druid deck viable.
Whispering woods was strong back in the days, but it had a lot of support.
Now the support is for the treants and not for spells only - and I don't know if this card is a good addition for a treant deck :(

I want Spell Druid be a thing this time because I love Crystalsong Portal. I've tried it in a Druid deck that relies on summoning treants with spells like how our lovely friend Rexxar does it with his companions but it didn't go well.
Please Blizzard, Let me use Crystalsong Portal before it leaves standard. :(

This will mostly be like Living Mana, but without chewing up your mana crystals. Should be real good!

The common versions of Token Druid run enough spells to support this card. If it summons 3 Glowflies, the effect is comparable to Force of Nature, while summoning 4 or more minions on turn 5 is great tempo play. Treat-based Token Druids will probably still run FoN instead of this card.
This is probably why you would run spell druid. Druid also has a lot of minion generating spells. Seems pretty good.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Think token druid could try to jump on this card.
Will be interesting to try, there were versions with few minions back in RoS.
Not sure about this, Token Druid usually suffers from a small hand size, so I don't see how you can get much value from this.
Token Druid kind of card but typically token druid burn hand fast let alone keeping a bunch of spells in hand..probably too slow.
I would rather play Force of Nature: you're guaranteed to get three Treants, and they can more readily benefit from the various synergy cards that exist. Glowfly Swarm isn't bad, it's just...unnecessary, I guess. Would only see play in a Spell Druid deck, but I don't see such a thing existing right now.
You only need 4 cards in hand for it to be a better Force of Nature, especially now that a lot of the Treant synergies are leaving standard. I see it being slotted into Token Druid as a replacement for one of the rotating cards, probably Mulchmuncher.
I want to like it, but I would have preferred continued support for the treant archetype.
well, druid does have some beast synergies. Or at least had in Rastakhans Rumble....
Another core card for Spell druid. It's hard to evaluate right now, but in next 2 year Spell druid will see support for sure. So...we must to keep an eye on this card
I fondly remember the aggro token druid decks with prenerf innervate, but this is no Living Mana. Very dependant on having a full hand, which is probably bad. Probably goes the way of Wispering Woods in wild, building towards a maybe critical mass of 'fill your board with minions' cards that demand answering without wasting the anthems.
This post is discussing the wild format.
Treant Druid already runs several spells that summon a bunch of 2/2s and they are losing Landscaping and a few other cards. I know that it's more beneficial in that deck to summon a bunch of Treants for synergy reasons, but if you have four spells in hand this is a better [card[Force of Nature in sheer terms of stats/bodies, and with 5 spells it's a way better The Forest's Aid too!
Quick! Someone give me something clever to write here.
I dunno if spell druid want to generate token, or if token druid will have enough spell in hand to make it worth. The art is legit, though.
at a glance this card doesn't seem all that great, but thinking back on token druid lists this spell may have a home since most of the token generation from druid comes from spells.
If you generate more than 3 glowflies this becomes a better Force of Nature, although they'll miss the treant tribal tag.
very strange. i thought this card was bad. then i saw a video online of Kibler playing spell druid and was OP!
Druid generally gets a lot of it’s strength from a bunch of good spells, so I wouldn’t be too surprised if this saw play in a lot of different deck types. Gets a pretty threatening board after playing it too
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
Seems a bit weak, as it's dependant on having at least 3 spells on hand to be worth the cost.
I wasn't a huge fan of [Hearthstone Card (Whispering Woods) Not Found] in token Druid (although I really liked the card overall), and this seems more conditional. Now, I'm not saying it's a bad card, but I would most likely leave it aside on token Druid. That being said, this card could easily get you the board back eith Quest Druid and its tendency to run multiple spells.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
I think it's already here. A treant based deck will have as little as 6 minions and lots of card draw, with treenforcements.
I think this is one of the missing pieces the deck lacked.
I really really dislike this card, and I do not like that spell Druid is becoming a thing. I feel it will do terrible. This is way too conditional to work. 5 mana for 2 2/2s is just bad. You can pay 3 mana for that. 3 2/2s? That is already a card. 1 2/2? Just no.
