I'm totally a sexist... I want a woman to win. Mainly because there has always been a lack of femininity in gaming for decades. In the past 15 years, women have been more involved in gaming than ever before. Having a woman be at the winning table of a gaming expedition would help people stop thinking that gaming is only nerdy men.
The actual Champ is a woman so you have that going on for you.
Who is she?
Weren't there at least two female winners of Hearthstones Tourneys?
I'm not sure. I just like that there is attention brought to the fact that there are women gamers that compete.
Haven’t watched a single tournament since they switched over to YouTube only. I hope in the future they will come back to Twitch or supply both platforms. Until then I stick with the news here
What on earth is the difference? The tournament is exactly the same, regardless of who broadcasts it.
You're right. It's so difficult to type a different address into your navigation bar. How dare they?
Just a personal preference. I just don‘t like the stream expierience on YouTube, so no need to leave such a mean comment.
The only reason I ever opened a tournament stream was for twitch drops. And I never actually watched the stream.
The time of the event is absolute hell on EU players, but I'm still rooting for CptnKitty and AVZ to win this, sleep-deprived as they may be.
I always enjoy watching these, even without pack drops. Go Faeli and Jarla! :)
The brackets for the event can be found here.
Kind of rooting for Ostkaka, but only because I recently found out that ostkaka is Swedish for “cheesecake”!
He even has a card created after him (no joke)! Priest of the Feast
Yeah, I was wondering which one was his championship card for a while. It's a bit more obscure than say Fiery Bat. But it was during the previous Masters Tour broadcast I heard them talk about the meaning of his name and how Priest of the Feast was his card. Pretty cool!
I wonder if Tom's championship card is Madame Lazul, which would make sense as his Global Games team used magic to know what their opponent had burned earlier, and Lazul gives you info regarding your opponent's hand! :)
If it is the case, I do think I'd cheer for Cheesecake as well ^^
