All of those seem fine, but even for the big burst effects I'm not convinced this card is necessary or anything more than a meme. What card would you replace in a deck to run this for a little extra face damage or a slightly bigger AOE? I have no idea.
Probably bad. Classes that can utilize 1-damage AOE effects already have plenty of them, and the fail case for this minion is just understated junk. It's probably important to have something like this in a set that includes the Honorable Kill mechanic, as it can help any class line those up, but I doubt it sees any play outside of Arena or newbie ranked ladder where players don't have alternatives.
Probably better than it looks at first glance. It could be relevant to an E.T.C., God of Metal OTK deck, a Beast Token Druid deck, a Token Demon Hunter deck, a Handbuff Paladin deck - heck it could even be relevant to a Cera'thine Fleetrunner Rogue deck. Having relevance for that many classes means this could see a lot of play even though it's a fairly simple, unassuming card.
The four classes that could get any value out of this are Hunter, Mage, Warrior, and Shaman.
Hunter has nearly no Frost spells, so that's never going to happen
Warrior has a decent number of Frost spells, but also has a lot of competition for 4-mana slots (Rancor, Sword Eater, Outrider's Axe, Vanndar Stormpike for Big Warrior), so I doubt it finds room for this.
Shaman seems like the best fit - it has a fair amount of Elemental synergy and a lot of new Frost spells, including the excellent 1-drop Windchill
I'm not convinced this makes the cut in every Frost Mage or Shaman deck, but it has enough potential to grow out of hand while your opponent is paralyzed that it could be a real threat.
Dropping this on 5 feels bad. Maybe your opponent attacks it, but more likely you're getting no impact from it up front and your opponent will just trade into your board to limit its impact before you can pick up any buffs. It does buff itself, so that's kind of interesting, and it pairs well with Rocket Augmerchant to create a decent 6-mana AOE buff if you're trying to push for lethal with an aggro deck that lacks that kind of finishing power, but most decks that want that kind of buff (e.g. Token Druid) already have better class options. Maybe there's a Warrior deck that could proc this a bunch without a ton of effort? Probably won't see much play.
Seems like the definition of a win more card; it has zero impact the turn it's played, if you're behind on board this will often give you below-average stats, and if you're ahead on board this will often give you above-average stats. I expect this to see basically zero play outside of Arena.
Might be interesting with handbuffs to help it stick to the board, but that windfury can't go face the turn its played, and it curves into free windfury with Battleground Battlemaster, so I think you'd pretty much always want to play a more impactful 5-drop.
Mage almost certainly has too many better options to ever run this, but Warrior and Shaman are both getting several good Frost spells, and most of their draw pools are tutor effects that won't get those cards (e.g. Investment Opportunity, Cagematch Custodian, Tinyfin's Caravan for Shaman, and Stage Dive, Harbor Scamp, and Corsair Cache for Warrior). I could easily see this finding a place in either of those classes.
There are certainly some 8-health minions that you'd want to kill quickly (e.g. Illidari Inquisitor, Mo'arg Forgefiend), but the applications are super narrow.
This is probably bad, but it could make for some wacky OTKs with [Hearthstone Card (Tasmin's Phylactery) Not Found] - something like a fully powered up Wicked Shipment + [Hearthstone Card (Tasmin's Phylactery) Not Found] + Soul Rend (or Plague of Flames in Wild) to shoot your opponent in the face for tons of damage. It might also be relevant to Xyrella, the Devout, and it would be pretty sweet in the late game to pick up from Call of the Grave. It's also a beast, so maybe Deathrattle Hunter cares about this (it does curve nicely with Stormpike Battle Ram), but all of these options feel like somewhat awkward fits.
Icehoof Protector might see play alongside Cheaty Snobold since it's a great way to get this to punch above its weight, but given the plethora of great Frost/Freeze cards Shaman is already getting, I'm not sure there's room for this in that deck.
I like to see neutral handbuff cards, but Legionnaire reminds me too much of Fel Summoner - a high attack 6-drop that trades down a lot, has a deathrattle that's highly relevant to certain archetypes, but ultimately hasn't enabled that archetype to flourish. Maybe Paladin has room for something like this, where you first handbuff her, then drop her and force your opponent to deal with her or lose, which in turn buffs your whole hand again. Maybe, but probably not.
This was my all-time worst achievement hunt: only 82%. I won't bother with a few that are too difficult/laborious. I crafted quite a few trash-level legendary cards, but as always, I had a lot of fun during the whole process! Too bad the rewards are underwhelming and the community as a whole doesn't seem to bother with the achievements: it took me 25 matches until I found someone willing to cooperate over Rogue's They're More Like Guidelines...
As in the title, Naturalize is missing from deckbuilder feature. I tried searching by name, expansion (legacy), cost, type, but it's just not there.
Hi, you probably had "Standard" filter on. Naturalize is not in Standard rotation right now. It might come back one day as part of Core set again. For now its only in Classic and Wild.
Neutral handbuffing is nice, and this is a very good card in a deck with lots of super cheap spells. Libram Paladin is an obvious fit, but I'm not sure how many other decks are interested in this.
Honestly, I think this is pretty solid. It's true you can play around it, but there aren't that many 1-drops with 2 or more attack that see play, so in the early game your worst case here is often trading a 2-drop for a 2-drop. That's pretty fair, and the upside is that sometimes you get a 4-Attack minion on board going into turn 3, which is very powerful. If it doesn't auto-trade on your opponent's turn, it will curve nicely into Greyheart Sage, so maybe this can help a last hurrah for Stealth Rogue before it rotates.
For the 'Not the Face' achievement, just play until you run into a quest mage. I played whatever deck the autocomplete gave me when starting with Antonidas and went face with everything until I drew him. If you don't play many minions they will usually be a little slower playing their frost spells so you should have some time.
New Neutral Minion - Piggyback Imp
Not completely awful, but certainly too frail to see any kind of constructed play.

So it would seem, it's been very underwhelming. Having to give up one precious minion slot on the board at all times for a very negligible buff.
New Neutral Minion - Reflecto Engineer
It's a neat effect. Some ideas on how you might use it:

I played a game with Tamsin earlier today and couldn't figure out how to get value out of her hero power. I guess I'm not the only one then.
FAV - BurnHammer Shaman (Theorycraft)
Wild · Freeze Shaman · by Jajanken · 4 years, 9 months ago
I think Elemental Freeze Shaman would be better.
and if you're going for a Doom hammer build you pretty much need 2 to give you more chances to draw it.
Multicast Bru'kan and the spell damage synergy is all too slow (too slow for a burst deck)
I know it's a theorycraft but it's already been figured out that, that isn't the best way to build Shaman.
