This card does several things that are very interesting.

1. It gives you information that is normally hidden from view. You literally get to see 3 cards that are still in the opponent's deck.

2. It puts three puffcaps on the same card, not randomly attached to random cards. It's highly specific. This removes some degree of the randomness that has literally always been a part of Teemo decks up until now.

3. It lets you target a card that your opponent might need to fish for. Are you facing Anivia control and they haven't tutored out Anivia yet? Well, maybe you can guarantee 3 damage to their face when they do cast that Entreat. Are you facing Lee Sin? Make sure to put it on a spell, so they take 3 damage when they fire off a "Draw 2 spells" card.

4. If you are paying enough attention before you play this card and after you play this card, you will know how many copies of your chosen card are in the opponent's deck by seeing how much their puffcap count increased. Again, this is information that would normally be hidden from you. And if you can keep track of which cards they have already played, this will tell you if they have a copy of that card in their hand right now, beyond any doubt.

Overall, this card will be quite potent in the hands of a skilled player.

Ugh, out of all the LoR mechanics/decks... I loathe Teemo/Shroom decks to my core.  It gives me Bomb Warrior from Hearthstone PTSD.  

It's not that I think people shouldn't be able to play it, but the fact that it's often just too easy to win through simple attrition.  I'll also be the one to say I'm not entirely a huge fan of Yordles, but I'll be happy to see what the other regions get with this expansion.

I agree and think this is the most obvious choice.  We'll have things like "Garen, Honorable Knight" or something like that that encourages a different playstyle than his normal "regen and rally" setup.  (just as an example)

We already have Senna don't we though?  Or is this going to be a later "version" of senna with her big Gun from the mini-movie that got released a year ago?

Xerath, I hope to god he is good enough to revive Mono Shurima decks, but not so good as to go into every other region as a splashed champion/deck.  Azir getting nerfed annoyed me so much because the issue wasn't Azir, but rather Irelia.  They need to nerf her blade dance mechanic, it's just not entirely balanced as it stands now, and yet they keep nerfing Azir thinking it will hurt Irelia, but instead it just hurts anyone who tries to create Azir focused or Mono-Shurima decks...

Sion was one of my early fav champions from LoL so it'll be interesting to see him as what I'm assuming will be a "tanky" champion for Noxus.  Noxus so far is all about rushing in, face damage, etc. (Except Swain, but we all know how broken Swain is)

Caitlyn will be PnZ, but not sure how they'll fit her into the region simply because I feel like Ezreal already fits that role pretty well.

I've been playing for the last 2+ weeks and taking a break from Hearthstone. There are things I love about the mechanics, but I still have a hard time judging cards. It seems like a strong early game wins the day no matter what style of deck you're playing. Early chip damage easily puts your opponent in lethal range for those explosive turns when a Champion levels up. I can't imagine including any unit that costs more than 6. Aggro rules the day I suppose, but it's been a nice change of pace from QuestStone.

This is so true. I think I probably need to be the one playing the deck, rather than the one getting tilted by it, almost entirely because of Aloof Travelers.

This card is honestly not that bad in Ezreal Draven. This card is pretty easy to enable in that deck after all. However, the question then becomes why run this over Get Excited! since those these two cards are enabled by the same things and I feel like the ability to hit face matters a lot. Unless we're going into a meta where dealing 3 damage is essential and Get Excited! is crucial, this may see some play. Not a bad card, just that its predecessors are already doing what it does except better.

I like that, despite this cutesy and whimsical side of Runeterra, it doesn't feel at odds with the more serious and gloomy side of it. I think Riot has found the right balance and having a consistent art style helps. Hearthstone is my main, but its disparate art styles and mishmash of flavour really detracts from my experience. It's like reading a comic drawn and written by a dozen different artists and writers, and I'm not a fan of that.

4 Mana 4/2 Elusive is honestly not so bad, but the reason why I think it's probably gonna be unplayable is probably just going to depend on Bandle City's combat tricks because PnZ doesn't have any good ones. Ionia would've really liked this card but sadly it can't really trigger its condition as easily as PnZ could.

I feel like this card will probably see play in the Yordle deck when we finally see the tribe synergy but for now it's probably just an ok card. It gets enabled pretty easily with cards like Ballistic Bot. 3 Mana 4/4 is solid but it won't have any use if the decks doesn't really want to contest for the board like Demacia does.

dont really mind anything that much except for the warlock quest, that stupid incanters flow shouldve never been in the game and maybe another look at gadgetzan auctioneer. rest seems somewhat ok-ish to me. nothing that really screams for a nerf, yet ofc...

I know I'm a little late to the party, but I just wanted to say thanks for posting this as it helped me tinker with my own Our Lady of Prestor meme and I hadn't found a deck for Jaxon yet.

I also just wanted to give a shout out to Magtheridon as another neglected card that synergizes pretty well with Prestor.  Getting a 4-mana 12/12 dragon is great, but even if you draw it early you can often combo it with a cheap copy of Deathwing later.

Puffcap Pup is going to be the MVP for these poison decks. Strong card on its own.

To be fair everything about Yordles is pretty cute. I'd say that Poppy is about as serious as a yordle gets...which isn't very.

I don't play Runeterra, but I checked in 'cause I'm bored, and man - I wish we had more cards like Swole Scout in Hearthstone! The flavor and the image would make me giggle every time I played it. Overall, the flavor and energy in this batch of cards is much cuter and sillier than our usual. I'm jealous.

4 mana 3/5 is the same stat line as Shen so that's pretty good. plus he generate a decent spell on summon and attack. I like him.
