    Time for more feedback.

Nathanos is a very creative way to interpret "scaling" to say the least. If it were up to me, I would say that it would count. But it's not up to me, and I'm not sure what the official judgement is. I think the effect is pretty interesting though.

Shadow Illusions is cool in theory, but it can become extremely powerful fairly easily.

I agree with everyone in that it should just be named Counterintilligence. I think the card is really flavorful, but I am concerned on the fact that it borders on the line of being a class tech card.

I definitely prefer the second one because it's a lot easier to judge in terms of general balance and is a lot easier to figure out what it's going to do in gameplay. I do believe it could cost 3 mana though.

I can't confidently speak for those who downvoted your comment (I didn't, btw), but I personally only downvote comments if I disagree with an opinion and someone else has already fully explained my reasons for disagreeing (otherwise I'll comment instead of downvoting). It's not that I dislike the things I downvote; it's that I disagree with them.  Maybe that's where the downvotes are coming from? You definitely didn't say anything offensive or out of line, but I do think others make a good point in their responses. As has been pointed out, Frost Nova + Doomsayer has at least three major advantages: 1) it comes down one turn earlier, which is huge against aggro; 2) the individual cards of the combo are usable independently from the combo (whereas Shattering Blast is completely worthless unless it's combo'd with Freeze cards); and 3) it gives you initiative, which Frost Nova + Shattering Blast doesn't do unless you already have a board (which is unlikely in the burn/control decks that run such combos).

I don't understand the dislikes to be honest. It's the same studio after all, it's just bad business to have confilicting releases. I guess people who don't play TBC Classic can't emphatize with you.

But still I think they couldn't time it any other way, they probably wouldn't have been ready a week before (which would have been more ideal for us) and delaying a week just for TBC players would also be bad for business as that's probably a minority of players.

  • New Priest Minion - Cleric of An'she

Incredible card. 100% must include in nearly every priest deck. Priest isn't that good at drawing cards and this helps a lot. Priest also loves healing because of Xyrella so that's not problem at all. [Hearthstone Card (Cleric of anshe) Not Found] might also help out tempo priest? But that deck has never took off, despite all the support so far.

Standard: Control Priest will 100% use it to tutor C'thun pieces before Tickatus blows up the deck, and maybe tempo priest uses it if that deck ever works.

Wild: Raza Priest might use it, because it's a cheap minion that has potential card draw attacked to it. Worst case scenario it's a 1 mana deal 2 dmg to the enemy hero. Luckely (ugh) Big priest won't use it because it messes up their ress pool.

  • New Priest Spell - Against All Odds

Great board clear. Really helps priest out, and a lot of minions these days have ODD attack. Kinda happy their bringing back the ODD stuff IN A BALANCED WAY. I love the name of Against All Odds as well. Against All Odds + Wave of Apathy seems also very good.

In standard i think it will certainly see play in Control Priest decks, because it's a very good clear.

In wild Raza Priest might experiment against it, considering there a lot of ODD decks out there. And minions in those ODD decks often have ODD-attack as well. Oh and (ugh) Big Priest might also use it... ugh..

I did not downvote you but your assumption that FN+D is dead is wrong. I do not play wild but FN+D is probably in nearly all situations better than this combo, which is even more expensive. Additionaly Doomsayer on its own is so much better than Shattering Blast

I've already submited my card with a 3/5 statline. Thanks to everyone, especially to anchorm4n for the ortography tip (I've been writing Harbringer my whole life, hopefully I'll remember the correct spelling from now on).

    Anyways, more feedback.

    Nirast
I know I already gave you feedback, but I think Exponential Explosion would be cool if you change it to target all enemy minions. Would fit Warrior and wouldn't have a dangerous OTK potential. Not sure about the cost, though.

    grumpymonk
Both are fine, if their effect is considered scaling. I think I'd go with Nathanos Blighcaller, purely because Shadow Illusions feels a bit too dangerous (even if it really fits both Priest and Rogue very well).

    BasilAnguis
Nice effect and flavor, indeed. Besides the orphan line thing, I think I'd change the name to just Counterintelligence, IMO.

    linkblade91
I'd probably go with the rare version. The epic one is more interesting, but it's so hard to tell if it's balanced that it might end costing you some points.

  • New Paladin Spell - Party Up!

Hmm seems too expansive. But it might be good as a reload, similarly to The Forest's Aid but worse.

Even though it's ODD costed ODD-Pally wont use it. Just too expensive.

  • New Paladin Weapon - Seedcloud Buckler

Hmm 2/3 weapon seems pretty slow if you want to actually trigger the deathrattle ASAP, however it does give you control about when you want to trigger the deathrattle so thats good.

But despite everything i don't know what deck even wants it. Dude pally has Lothraxion the Redeemed, and Balloon Merchant already...

In wild i don't think ODD Pally even wants it. Maybe it sees play in some kind of Divine Shield paladin? Meh.

  • New Priest Minion - Cleric of An'she

It's a pretty clean effect we've seen before with other conditions in Cleric of Scales, but this one comes with an un-hero-powerable body and an even easier condition. I think that this has a good shot at seeing play.

  • New Paladin Spell - Judgment of Justice

Wow another great secret for paladin, so "surprising". Wow didn't see that coming... Secret pally will certainly use this, at the very least as an 2 off.

In wild i don't think it sees any play. Wild has better secrets, and Secret pally isn't that good in Wild. The only secrets paladin uses in Wild are secrets like Avenge which help an aggresive deck.

  • New Paladin Spell - Judgment of Justice

Pretty strong effect. Glad to see paladin secrets getting a little stronger. Not sure this one slots into the same aggressive package as Oh My Yogg!, but It's definitely a lot more powerful than any anti-minion secret paladin has had before.

  • [Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)

    Pro

    Nope.

  • New Priest Spell - Against All Odds

The Wave of Apathy combo has been pointed out, but I feel as though priests just have better tools available. Maybe if you specifically only run minions with even attack you can get a 1-sided board clear, but that just seems silly.

  • New Paladin Spell - Judgment of Justice

    Pro

This card is super good in lots of situations, but terrible when your opponent has a 1/1 or similar. It will support Secret Paladin pretty well overall.

  • New Paladin Weapon - Seedcloud Buckler

Would be really strong and slot nicely into an odd paladin list if that divine shield to all minions effect was a battlecry. As it stands, you will often end up getting the effect too late. One thing of potential note is that you could deliberately break this with a Muster for Battle to get the effect earlier, but that seems like a waste of resources.

  • New Mage Spell - Shattering Blast

    Pro

It's a really strong effect, but useless without the proper set-up, and I'm not convinced we have that right now.

  • New Mage Minion - Floecaster

    Pro

It's just ok. We need some pretty strong motivation to put any minions at all into a Mage deck right now.

  • New Mage Minion - Floecaster

Varden Dawngrasp or Cone of Cold into Floecasters into Shattering Blast seems interesting. Floecaster is also pretty good as long as you slot 2x Cone of Cold into your deck. And considering your playing Floecaster you might as well play Varden Dawngrasp as well.

However i don't think it will be good enough to rival Spell Mage. The only deck that does play minions in mage right now (As far as i know) is Hero Power Mage, which probably likes using Floecaster. So at least it has a home in standard.

In wild i don't think it sees play. It seems good, but the best mage decks (APM Mage and Secret Mage don't include this card. Well as long as there is no "after your hero got attacked by a minion, freeze all enemy minions" secret printed it won't see play in Secret Mage anyways.

This card seems really good despite everything. It's easy to reduce it to 0 mana, and cards that have the same kind of mechanic (Kabal Crystal Runner, Pretty much every giant.) have almost always been very strong. Floecaster seems solid right now in standard, but once freeze mage gets any more support it might lead to some frustrating experiences.

  • New Hunter Spell - Serpentbloom

    Quote From economicaooc

Interesting, but using up a card just to make a 1-for-1 trade is a loss of card advantage. Combos with this will only ever be a board clear, but maybe that's enough.

The idea would be to run it in a deck with lots of smaller beasts (or just beasts with rush in general) where it essentially becomes a 0-mana Assasinate.

It's meant to be flexible removal that doesn't require you to interrupt your curve. Say, if you have a minion you want to kill on turn 3 and you have Zixor in your hand you can just combo it with this and you basically spent an extra card to maintain tempo which doesn't sound too bad (even if Midrange Hunter doesn't currently exist)

  • 94 Card Backs and 11 Hero Skins in Hearthstone Will be Purchasable for Gold in Patch 20.4 This Week

It is kind of funny that while Ben Brode was in charge, they could never find a way to get missed cardbacks to players, but Dean said fuck it and just put them in the shop for gold lol

  • New Mage Minion - Floecaster

This is a super-aggressive card that only pays off if you run effects that are the opposite of aggressive. In a hypothetical freeze aggro deck, or maybe secret mage with a freeze package, you run into the problem that you have to run some pretty poor cards to get your payoffs. I think just going the traditional route will work a lot better.

  • Paladin Nerfs are Coming for First Day of School and Hand of A'dal!

    Quote From YourPrivateNightmare

Ah yes, First Day of School, the card that had to be nerfed twice because the first nerf was actually a buff.

They just didnt want to pay for a new commissioned art to match the new mechanic :D

  • New Hunter Minion - Sin'dorei Scentfinder

Not really worth it, especially given it is so hard to get value from the rush on the tokens. If you want to summon a bunch of tokens, there are far better options.
