Can we talk about how sh!t shaman cards are again? These fights are so frustrating compared to previous BoH stories (Except for that Deathwing encounter, that was glorious!)

I think that giving some card flavor (Not necessarily flavor text, just a little "why the card is like this"), and a little reasoning on how you can use this card its what that field is intended for.

Probably a tall order, even if tempo priest somehow manages to get to tier 1. I've seen some tempo priest lists, and tried some myself, but at no point have I ever regretted not having serena in the list.

The problem with this card is that its not really carving much of a niche other cards just can't do better for a class like priest. On top of that, it can't be easily discovered, and mucks up your Raise Dead.

Still, its 2 years until rotation, so there's still yet hope that this card rises from the mud and spits on my face. We'll see.

It seems High Justice Grimstone is more popular. I reduced the stats to 3/2 to balance it, and I also adjusted the wording.

@anchorm4n, "Draw a Legendary minion from your deck" doesn't fit unless I shrink the text (which is probably cheating). So I have to either choose from one of these two wordings, or make a new card.

Yeah playing 0 cost cards that trigger carddraw so you can keep going. In the past, it could end with a 26/26 Edwin. Boom, a miracle!

I was tinkering with it a little and find it more flavorful in this iteration.

It's a ritual in the end, you get the benefits after the ritual. And adding 1 more health restored isn't a big deal.

The only thing left would be the wording. I find it more solid in the second instance, but I'm not sure.

At this point both Kadgar and Magni are neutral. They've got bigger things to worry about than the petty squabbles between the Horde and Alliance.

I'm glad to see that people keep using this thread - congrats to everyone for your grinding achievements.

Here are my numbers - as usual, I'll provide numbers and decks since the last time I posted here.

Priest - since I have almost 400 wins over the 1000 threshold, I rarely play the class, which a shame since I enjoy it a lot.

Rogue - I don't like Poison and Miracle Rogue, so hard pass until something spicier comes up.

Rexxar - played some Standard N'Zoth Hunter, which was funny and grinded 50 wins or so.

Druid - I hit 500 wins before Barrens with my take on Highlander Druid: I refuse playing Token Druid.

Warlock - played some Wild RenoLock and some Standard CuteLock, but the class is not in the best shape ever. Fuck Darkglare.

Demon Hunter - probably the most relevant news since the last update: I played a ton of Midrange and Deathrattle DH, and I like the class a lot now.

Mage - I played some Minion Mage with the Hero Power package before Jandice Barov got nerfed, nothing more, nothing less.

Shaman - Imagine grinding Elemental Control Shaman despite the fact that the class is a complete dumpster on fire. I just like Elementals guys: it's not my fault. Lilypad Lurker favorite card of Barrens' Shaman.

Paladin - There's no way I touch the broken class with 2+ tier 1 archetypes while it's at its peak. Moreover, I tried some Aggro Paladin before First Day of School was nerfed, but the fact that the mirror came down to who was able to make the beefiest Crabrider stick triggered me so much that I moved on.

Warrior - I grinded 100 wins or so with Rush Warrior, but I got bored of it fairly quickly. Still the least played class, but now this a smaller margin.

All in all, I have 4 classes which need less than 100 wins in order to get to the Golden Portrait, 3 of those need less than 50 wins. The problem is that I am fairly bored of this meta, so I hope the mini-set will hit in the next week or so.

Ahh, Banana Rogue. It's been a while since I put one of those together (I definitely don't have series of theme decks telling the story of Sergeant Sally bringing down Gallywix's banana company stored on this site...).

I agree with @Pezman that there is a definite need for Shenanigans in here. There's no such thing as too much potassium.

Jokes per minute:  high

Potassium per card:  higher

Opponent's cramps:  low

Opponent's bowel movements:  slow 

Building around Clockwork Giant:  unheard of

All of which combines to make probably my favorite article in the series!  Great stuff sule :D 

I am not totally sure about this, but I think that "Miracle" refers to those deck whose game plan involves generating a lot of cycle (Miracle Rogue) or resources (Miracle Priest) out of thin air and turn the game around.

Pretty much a miracle.

Dumb question here. Why is Miracle Rogue called that way?

I always assumed Malygos' Rogue was Miracle because of the difficult in playing all those cards, reducing the cost and having all that face damage.

when you see decks like this you really gotta wonder: Have people even tried this deck before submitting?

and even if its total theorycrafting: what are you smoking?

the amount of "wanna-be" synergies is staggering, vectus, alura, runthak and knife vendor(which i can somewhat forgive)

Vectus: you have 3 deathrattles, and zero draw, the chances of actually getting the full value of vectus is really hard.

Alura: what do you actually want out of youre deck? there are very few good spells, and even if you get those good spells its hardly worth it. (sometimes you even screw youreself over if you get rally! which is the best card in the deck)

Runthak: this is the part where i dont believe you ever played this yourself, you will almost never have a minion in your han by turn 5, and even if you do, there is almost no synergy with runthak (other than crabrider).

Please, and i beg you, actually try decks before submitting a steaming hot **** of a deck.

I think Serena is massively underrated, but suffers from just not having enough space to be run.

I think once random card generation becomes way less prevalent because of a bigger cardpool then stuff like Wandmaker and Scorpid will gradually be cut and Serena will fill the void (unless she is immediately outclassed by something better).

Why would you turn him down? The Midset is there forever but he won't return for a really long time.
