If the effect is it summons a murloc, this would be pretty playable. Unfortunately it's a draw effect which doesn't happen until the next turn, allowing your opponent ample time to remove it. This doesn't fit aggressive murloc game plans, it seems like a waste of two mana.
The first thing that comes to mind when I see this is Doom Pact. The only thing that I really remember about that cars is that I usually wanted The Lich King to give me something else. It's great removal, and it may find a home in some control warlock deck, but it definitely comes at a steep cost. Warlock already has a lot of board clears. Adding one more at this point isn't really going to change much.
I enjoy burning my opponent's cards so much! My own, not so much. But some of the best things in life require certain sacrifices to be made. Watching your opponent tilt as their win condition goes up in smoke is worth any price.

Anti-aggro card and frenzy support card. Nice.
New Warrior Minion - Stonemaul Anchorman
Taunt to protect next turn. Rush and card draw. Okay stats. Seems solid.

Ok stats. Effect is worth it with aoe and than doing a lot of burst damage to opponent.
New Warrior Spell - Physical Training (Rank 1)
Meme card. Hand buff warrior did not get anywhere, reallly.

RIP gonna be a 3/2, it's too good. What on earth, why was this printed so op? I actually don't want to see it nerfed.
