Easily the strongest card in the set, and maybe even in all of Standard. Drawing 2 cards for effectively no mana is preposterous; potentially gaining mana off of it thanks to Incanter's Flow, even more so.
(Possibly) 0 mana draw 2? My Spell Mage would love this. Any Mage would love it whenever it happens
Too bad spells aren't as prevalent in Arena
