I really like this type of disruption in the game but locking it off to DH is a bit awkward. Hoping to see this type of mechanic coming to a neutral card soon.
Initially, I was really thrown by this card; however, since seeing the rest of the expansion, I think this card will be really useful in years to come for future DH archetypes, but pretty meh in standard for the current DH.
I think the effect being based on Outcast is what is holding it back. Leaving it in your leftmost slot prevents your hand from moving around and cycling outcast cards, and top-decking this probably isn't when you want to play it.
Also not looking forward to having 3 classes with hand/deck disruption be a regular mechanic in standard.
This will see play if we get the next step of Control DH push. Probably too slow for tempo. Also, why would you shuffle 1 card from your OP hand, while you can shuffle all of them and draw 4 yourself? :)

And Double Jump guarantees this on turn 5, turn 4 if you coin. (unless it's already in your hand, but that is why we run Glide at 2)
I want to Gold Craft this Day 1 for two reasons.
1. I'm excited for this type of game play and will use Star Student Stelina in every DH deck I try out.
2. I'm excited to give my opponents a golden version of whatever I removed.

Seems that hand disruption will be a thing on this expansion
Headed to nerf city; too good of a card. At least it's not an odd mana card
I want to punch this card in the face... like forever.
I'm just imagining that you drop Kronx Dragonhoof and then your opponent plays this... I'm pretty sure I'd rage quit that game.
And people like me will drink and gain nourishment from those salty, salty tears. :)
Card isn't like broken. But why blizzard give this to dh?
