Two ideas so far. Goblin Mime could be really crazy or completely worthless. It might be a Priest card as well, but I wouldn't want the other classes to miss out on the chaos it creates. Not sure if E.T.C. Groupie's effect is OP, but I like how it combines the Rush and the Menagerie archetypes. What do you think?

shatterstar1998: I prefer Knife Trick. It provides very situational AOE to Rogue without being too strong. At the same time, we know that Bladestorm is good and your card adds draw to the business. That said, I'm not sure if you couldn't lower the cost a bit. At 7 Mana you're pretty much stuck between killing only small stuff or milling your cards. Hit the Bullseye! is okay, but not as flavorful as Knife Trick. The art isn't fitting imho and "deal" needs an -s at the end.
ChickyChick: Flavor-wise, Exotic Species is the worst of the three. I also don't like the concept of Zombeasts very much. Circus Trickster and Darkmoon Race are cool ideas in my opinion. I think you should definitely go with a Darkmoon Race card, that's great flavor and an area of entertainment that is present on the WoW Faire but hasn't made it into the expansion (yet). That said, you've given the card a quite creative effect which didn't work out well in the last competition. Also, sidequests aren't a thing in Darkmoon Faire, so that might cost you points in general. Maybe you have another idea for a Darkmoon Race card?
Wailor: Like you've said yourself, there isn't much flavor yet. Grim Fortune is the better card for this competition imho, but it should be "At the start" instead of "the beginning".
Demon: It's certainly flavorful, but not very exciting. It's probably perfectly fine, but I'm worrying if it fits the current insane powerlevels. Summoning might be a way to do something about that, but then you face the problem of King Krush and Dinotamer Brann. Hmmm. Anyway, I'm curious to see if you have more luck than me with this great piece of art ;-)
linkblade: I actually prefer the first iteration. Loatheb might prove me wrong, but I think 5 Mana is the spot where cards like this become a big enough Tempo loss that aggro can't abuse them too much wothout consequence. Nice one!
Nirast: Quite a cool idea in general, but there are two issues I'd like to point out. One, Demon Hunter isn't known to be a buffing class as of now. Two, having Expendable Performers, Command the Illidari, Coordinated Strike and your card in standard at the same time seems a little too much.
DestroyerR: An interesting and creative idea for sure. You might make it a bit more expensive to avoid some shenanigans like cheating out two Leeroys in one turn.
I merely brought up the possibility that there are opinions out there that may differ from those expressed in this column, and that no one knows how many people hold each opinion. I thought I made it clear that I was not assuming one way or the other.
Blizzard explained why there are two buckets of quests when they changed it so that 60g quests would always reroll into 50g quests. They said they assumed if you are rerolling a more rewarding quest, it must be because you wanted something easier to complete. This is stated in the patch notes here, but I'm pretty sure a developer was more explicit about it in social media.
Hello there, could you please change my name from OneManArmy to Stardust ?
Would be highly appreciated.
It's been a while since someone asked for a name change, it seems. Unfortunately, that name is already in use (although with a slightly different capitalization; I'm assuming it can't be used anyway).
Could you change my name into Zetro instead then, please?
I've been wanting to get back to these since forever. Now a good of a time as any. Shame that the time I have some free time is the end of the season. Oh well.
Have some ideas for a knife throwing Rogue cards since forever. Need to pick which version:
Hi Takadama, welcome to LoR! On your criticisms of balance, I would agree that a lot of them are valid, but as you play more games and in more metas, you’ll see that there are other strategies that are often better than SI or Elusives. For example, there have been metas where Ashe Noxus using Frostbites and Yetis were Tier 1, and in another meta PnZ/Noxus burn was overturned and killed players super early with tons of direct Nexus damage. However, there is no denying that SI has some very powerful cards that have allowed them to take over a lot of metas and basically cements them as an always somewhat viable region due to their amazing control cards and Aggro cards. However, I trust that the LoR development team will continue to Nerf SI cards whenever they become too problematic (if you look at LoR’s history, SI has gotten a huge number of nerfs, and used to be way better than it is now). Sorry if this was a bit rambly, I just wanted to explain that SI has a history of being troublesome but that the LoR devs have consistently nerfed it when it has overtaken the meta. Patch notes will actually release tomorrow which should address some of these issues (people are expecting Go Hard and Grand Plaza to be nerfed).
As for Elusives, I would say that they are actually in a pretty healthy spot today, especially in comparison to LoR early days. Back in beta, only Ionia had good Elusives (outside of Heimerdinger’s bots), so Ionia Elusives decks couldn’t be contested by any other region. However, Bilgewater and Targon have been released and both feature lots of Elusives, giving the concept more counterplay. Additionally, Sharpsight has given Demacia a way to block Elusives. Currently, I don’t think that there’s really any full Elusives deck other than Fiora Sparklefly (and having more Elusives wouldn’t even be that great against it), so I don’t think that elusive decks are a huge problem. I do think that Elusive is a very dangerous keyword, but I think that as long as it properly balanced, it can add another interesting way to play the game. If you want more ways to counter Elusives, you could als try playing decks with more removal options, such as Ezreal Draven.
Shouldn't you have only 1 legendary exclusive for your class in Scholomance? I get that your class is intended to get more cards than other classes, similar to Demon Hunter, but if it comes to Legendaries, Demon Hunter has the same amount of them as other classes.
Anyway, pretty good work! Too bad you didn't get further, I voted for you in 3rd phase, and I also gave my feedback to you on my Hearthpwn account during Disscussion topics, so I think I may skip that, except for Scholomance part.

Decided to post my ideas as fast as possible this week. I still wonder if Exotic Species is enough 'Faire' themed. Circus Trickster adds a Magic Trick from Rise of Shadows, is made for some thief theme, as well as just combo enabler. The spells you discover from Magic Trick will be not Mage but Rogue, I thought that may be a nice use of Discover interaction. Darkmoon Race is supposed to be kind of a challenge in which both players take part. Feedback coming soon
Also, I have been wondering for a long time - what are these gaps to fill while submitting made for? Are the cards we make somehow saved or something, and this way it is possible to filter them?
"The official Blizzard response to this is that there are casual players who appreciate having quests that are easier to complete." Could you provide the source, please?
I got challenge a friend 2 weeks in a row and the specate a friend's win sometime in the next week. I don't remember if I rerolled into them. Just luck, but 1500 instead of 900 or a 1000 is a big jump.
Alright, it's time for the final competition of season 2. That means it's time to bring out the big guns!
Just like Circus Tamer here is bringing out the big Beasts. The audience wants to see those big, dangerous animals, and this card here will give them to you. You're able to curve it on turn 4 into a Beast on 5, or play it later and maybe play a big Beast in the same turn.
Not sure about this one. Too cheap and it's an aggro deck's delight, but a slower deck might not appreciate losing one of the cards they've been holding onto.
Edit: Also thought of a second iteration. Straight-up more card draw, but your opponent gets to see them at the start of their turn and shuffle one away.

I don't blame you, getting bg quests is really stupid. especially when the reroll is into another bg quest
