Copying minions costs 5 mana, and dealing 4 damage costs 3 mana. Granted, neither Faceless Manipulator or Shadow Bolt see a lot of play, but this does cost 2 less mana than playing both of those cards together, so maybe it will see play.
I love it. It is cheap, it adds 2 cards to your hand, and it also adjusts your life total if you care about that. Plus, the cards that it generates are cards you already put in your deck, they aren't random. To me this is akin to saying "draw 2 cards" for 0 mana. I love it.
What happened to %50 chance flavour of Ogres ? I missed those times. Like Elekk's flavour, i feel like they keep doing it for Ogres too but well, Ogre Magi is with us since beta so who I am to judge.

Okay in all seriousness I hate this card and love this card, and I don't even play priest. I don't mind having my cards copies, that is a fun mechanic for the priest player, but having my cards stolen is a whole other matter. I crafted those cards with my dust and put them in my deck so that I could play them, not my opponent. On the other hand though it punishes mage players in wild for completing their quest, and I will support anything that discourages people from playing that deck.
Priest: This is bad. That's all you can say about it. Priest doesn't really care about an effect like this. This is because PRIEST ACTUALLY HAS BOARD CLEARS. Priest will 9/10 times have either multiple board clears like Holy Nova in hand, or single target removal like Time Rip. The only time it's good is in the first 3 turns, when priest generally has nearly nothing to play.
Paladin: This card is excellent, as paladin doesn't have that many GOOD clears. Paladin also used to run Shrink Ray. Not to clear the board, but just to stall a few turns till they get their actual removal. (And in the meantime trade tokens in the debuffed minions) This will see play pure paladin, and maybe highlander? (If it EVER takes off)
Pack-filler/ Arena Card. Even in handbuff decks, there are better options. I can't imagine a deck that will ever use this in constructed. It feels like one of those cards like Dr. Boom's Scheme where they wanted to do something interesting but ran out of time.

Hehe, puns. Seems better in Warrior that Rogue since they typically run more weapons and has a harder time with card draw than Rogue. However, with cards like scimitar and Waggle Pick, this could easily become very cheap and a great way for Tempo Rogues to refill their hands.
I think this study is better than some of the other studies for 2 reasons. One, dragons are something you want to have in your hand sometimes. With some of the other studies I feel like you would only play them thinking "Well I am dead anyways maybe I can find a miracle". But with Draconic Studies, you can know as you are playing the card exactly what will happen as a result of having a dragon because you know what synergies you will be able to activate. Also, dragons are expensive enough, and there will probably be few enough in your deck that the cost reduction will be more relevant than on some of the other studies.

Cards like this make me excited to see what they'll do with Big DH.
But it still needs a bit more Support, altough it has an immediate Impact on the Board.

insane in paladin with First Day of School now every deck can potentially play a Flame Imp.
