I think that this will be instantly irritating for everyone. The fact that you can drop and bounce it multiple times in a turn will mean lots of hilarity.
Mage with Mana Cyclone and you killed a few things or at least dropped their health and filled your hand back up to boot.
Rogue... not even a question at how lame it will be. With so much spell support this will mean an endless Elven Archer
Paladin... easy way to knock out something that has a divine shield, then give your minion divine shield and kill something
Insane effect. This eliminates draw RNG completely and could easily break the game. And DH is the only class that got a card that stops this (Glide). Now, the big question is: does shuffling stuff into a deck reshuffle it? If yes then Bomb Warrior and Bad Luck Albatross are going to be effective checks to this. If not then this card is going to rule the game from now on.
Edit: I didn't watch the video. Yes, shuffling cards reshuffles the deck which makes cards like Albatross an effective way to keep this in check. Good.
Do people actually stockpile cards in hand in order to not be victim to Lazul? That doesn't seem like "playing around it." That seems like simply playing the way your deck is constructed to be played. (If you happen to have a large hand size, great. Or if you're running a combo-based deck where any single card alone is bad (/raises hand), fine. But I can't claim that the fact that my deck is "Lazul proof" is a "way to play around Lazul.") That's why the concept here is broken.
Unless, as YPN noted, you just happen to have a lot of bad things in your hand, you're actively giving your opponent a peek into the things you decided to run, and provided they have more than 3 firing brain cells, allows them to remove -- not copy, per Lazul, but remove -- whichever chess piece feels most vital. You can defeat Lazul by having a strategy that happens to frustrate her intent. This card lets your opponent defuse that strategy.
Kind of reminds me of the lackeys. It is a small, okay-ish minion that adds another small resource to your hand. I think people will play this card for the same reason they played Cobalt Spellkin, the pool of 1-cost spells is limited enough you can safely add it to your deck and kind of know what you are going to get out of it. Only a 2 mana 2/2 is a lot easier to play than a 5 mana 3/5.
Just realized from the comments it's actually outcast above all other problems with the card. Wow, now I'm 100% sure it won't be run even if people will experiment with it in the first week of the expansion.
Lets recount:
1) Legendary, so you can't rely on getting it AT ALL
2) A 4/3 for 4 is what no DH ever wants to run
3) Has to be outcast for the effect to work
4) Dead card against tempo or aggro, possibly 50% of the times at most mitigates the tempo loss against control
People should think before calling every DH card OP, I'm still having a hard time believing Glide is a card but this didn't phase me even before I realized it's outcast in addition to all the other things making it bad.
are you impllying anyone would play this in Paladin for a meme version of Pyroblast?
Or that Galakrond Rogue can afford to upgrade Galakrond, then play this and THEN play Galakrond (while also running at least a critical mass of high cost cards?)
I could see Big Druid using this, especially with the new 10-mana spell that buffs all your stuff. But that's literally only because Druid doesn't have any comeback tools it could dig for anyways, so you might as well go big or go home.
I have seen this effect on I don't know how many fan creations. I never liked those cards.
This effect is crazy powerful. Control decks now have their finishers right where they want them. Combo decks can fish for their combo super easy now. Aggro decks can get that perfect Leeroy Jenkins topdeck way more consistently. Highlander decks now know exactly when to expect Reno Jackson. Even if the highest cost card in your deck isn't what you want right now, just knowing exactly what is on top of your deck at all times is insanely helpful.
Wait. Does this draw you 5, with an empty hand? If so, this might push aggro rogue into viability. Double evis, double cold blood, shadowsteps and wolfriders. Nasty.
Funny, I feel the other way around. I think this will be an auto include in any fast DH deck (at least any that wants to make use of Outcast) while Glide is the one that potentially might end up as a tech choice (and would still be idiotic bullshit).
This will ALWAYS turn out to be "scry your opponent's hand then minus 1 them" so it's impossible to be bad...at least not at this mana cost.
You don't play this as a counter to anything specific (at least not until you need to), you play this whenever it fits into your curve just so you can ruin your opponent's hand. It's basically Dr. Boom for DH. There is no downside, just benefits.
I just shuddered thinking about this in correlation with Playmaker. You have to control the board for a turn, but really, how hard is that to do in the current meta?
1 Mana draw 5 in an Aggro Deck sounds pretty bonkers. Zoolock usually plays The Soularium, and this is a pumped up version of it! And you can have 2 of them!
Except you need to draw it and it's a 1 off in a 30 cards deck.. it's like keleseth but you need to compromise your deck even further if you plan to play it as you say, it's also quite awkward cause you will draw the minions not on curve unless you only run 5 mana minions as max and then your curve gets weird.
I love this card so much. First, Avalon needs to eat a shoe that is funny and I can finally talk to someone who has gone through the same thing.
Second, I love this card's effect. Being able to manipulate your deck in someway is a massive gateway to interesting deckbuilding challenges, which is my favorite part of any card game. There is so much more to this card than just "Oh I'm playing a control deck, drop this on curve and roll people" because it shoves all the good removal into the bottom of the deck. I can see this card going into more aggressive decks as well, like Tempo DH. Nothing screams "fun" like playing this card on 5 or 4 with coin, then starting to draw into Skulls and everything that becomes much better when discounted by it.
This is also the type of card that I can fully expect to tilt me when the expansion comes out, but I'll face that issue when we get to it.
thank you for reminding me of that one card everyone else forgot. I was really thinking of a tutor for it but couldn't find one, but this is actually perfect. That one goes into the list
What. This is a stupid card that will warp the game entirely and probably will be HoFed or deleted completely in a month. All decks will be built around it because this level of reliability is absurdly powerful in a game like HS.

Warrior... Execute bounciness or Bloodsworn Mercenary your own minions
Demon Hunter... whittle down a minion so that one of their low level minions can take it out, or so the hero can take out the target
Hunter... same as Rogue.... lame
The other classes I don't see using it as much, but it will certainly see a lot of play.
New Rogue Spell - Secret Passage
Wondering the same, also if had 5 cards and you play this and then play a card, do you get your 5 previous cards back or do you get 4?

New Rogue Spell - Secret Passage
Love this card. In aggro rogue you can look for lethal or just cheat your way out of a clunky hand.
I compare it to tracking or evocation. Same cost but not recommended in the very early stages unless you're in dire need of a backstab or a sap .
And you won't discard any cards.
