Soul Fragment could be part of the teased Warlock/DH soul synergy. The shown card has no gem, so I assume that both are getting some cards that can shuffle and consume those soul fragments
I did mention in my comment that it's good against those types of cards. But i don't really see it being played because the only worthwhile minion with that effect is Winged Guardian and Big Druid fell off the meta pretty hard in the current expansion. I don't see it making a comeback without more big cards (beasts in particular).
It also guarantees drawing Mecha'thun so it can be dragged out with Dirty Rat. But of course it all depends on the players drawing the correct cards in time.

I can definitely see it being experimented with. But high ranked worthy? Dunno. Usually we (myself included) whine - too much RNG. Now with this card, you can actually take a lot of the RNG away. But does it do any good? Do you want to draw your highest cost cards first?
I guess yes, if you are a Rogue with fully charged Galakrond or the wand from Toggwaggle. But other than that? Maybe for Quest warlock, once you complete your quest - that means every 2nd draw will be a high cost card that now cost 0, but I am not even sure. What about Zoo decks looking to go to late game - will you play this on t4?

I think I'm more interested about what kind of shoe Avalon is going to eat :p Cool card though, good for the late game in a control deck, but still might be too niche to play. Probably will function like Hemet, Jungle hunter and be used in degenerate OTK combos.

Well, if it's run I think it will likely mostly be in tournaments as tech against Rogue specifically. Playing a minion that outright kills Questing Adventurer and [Hearthstone Card (Edwyn VanCleef) Not Found] will surely help, it's jst too bad that was the best weapon Rogues had against Demon Hunters.
Disruption is interesting, seriously people fear their hand and deck being tinkered with but it's ok in my opinion for such stuff to exist. but that being said I will get bashed cause I am not scared of such cards and glide so:

This is an auto include in any control deck from here on out.
This is honestly an auto include in almost any deck that isn't aggro.
Hearthstone is going to turn into a game of who drew Lorekeeper Polkelt first so they can draw their win condition first.
This is absolutely terrible for the health of this game, and Team 5 really is showing they don't know what the fuck they are doing.
This card has reignited my inner debate about quitting this game.

At this moment every change in deck (except drawing) reshuffles it. So this card can be countered by bomb warrior for example.
