The Amazing Reno is in particularly problematic, not because the card is OP but because nearly every turn is an unpredictable mess that literally decides games on a basis of a coin toss.
While I am not a big fan of Reno's hero power, I guess that was the whole point?
I honestly feel the meta is quite stable. Yes, there is a dominance of Secret Mages and Mech Paladins (with Quest Mage on the rise) but I wouldn't say that any of these decks are OP and should be nerfed. Are they fun or annoying to play? Well, that depends on who you ask I would imagine.
Tirion was pretty OP. I won so many lobbies with him and always ended up at least top 4. If you found the right minions on turn 1 and 2 it was basically GG.
I am making my own fun by trying out meme stuff. Maybe will try to do some serious laddering by the end of the month but for now I am only goofing around on casual and as soon as I smell face hunter, control priest or token druid I am out.
I'm most excited for another "year" when I won't be playing this game nor give blizzard my hard earned money for something that is not enjoyable nor worth my free time.

Apart from the fact I don't have her, the reason is the same as why I didn't include Blazecaller or Siamat (they were originally in the deck and I was an inch away from crafting the DK): they are typically too slow for this deck, dead cards in hand for the most part of the game, when a silly Fire Plume Phoenix can actually save the day, simply because she can be played early enough.
For parallel reasons, the deck includes Kezan Mystic: she's won me more games than I'd like to admit.

Wild meta is in check, since there are no god-tier decks on sniplock levels.
We've seen worse.
Yet there are still many meta-tyrants that warp viability and fun, thanks to some flaws they can abuse (mainly stuff reduced to (0) cost with minor effort).
It's not fun being burned out in 5-6 turns with little to no countermoves (eg.Secret Mage, Mechadin), it's not fun getting suddenly smashed by an early, uncounterable Darkest Hour, etc.
We can survive until next xpack I guess, but then I expect a substantial change from it and its nerf patch.
Meta is healthy. As for fun, can't say for sure. Its either I get blown out by BM happy face/dragon hunters, or enduring that spectacle that is Reno's random spells going against me and costing me the game.

Xarkkal, "Sneaky Mimic": You're right, 4 attack would be better. I like the Combo, please keep it. I'm not sure if it's not too powerful, though. Maybe tune it town to a 1 mana, 1/1 copy? 3/5 for now.
Thanks for the feedback! I've been thinking of a 1/1 copy also. I feel the main reason for that is Leeroy, which is upsetting. But with all the 0-mana draw that rogue currently has, a 1 mana copy doesn't seem as bad. But that is also comparing apples and oranges, card draw vs. deathrattle card generation.
I'm torn, because it probably should be a 1/1 copy. But with the power creep DoD introduced...

Linkblade91, "Call Weapon": This is the card to beat this week. It's balanced, it's useful, it's innovative, it has Thor flavor and how cool is your dad advicing you on D&D stuff? 5/5!
Hordaki, "Kelina, the Thief": I like it. Could get out of hands on curve with Plaguebringer but who's playing that anyway. 4/5
shaveyou, "Faceless Interloper" and "Reformed Patron": I prefer the patron. Nice flavor, cool idea. Maybe tune down the rarity to rare? I'm torn between 3 and 4/5.
Dermostatic, "Gibblegill the Wanderer": The wording seems a bit off. I would use Lone Champion for reference. Other than that, it's fine. 3/5
the powrofcheese, "Copycat": Nice and simple, invites to look for exploits. 4/5
LarryMoments, "Pneumatic Squire": I'm torn. I totally like the idea but it feels somewhat clunky adding the last mionion killed to your hand. What about adding a random enemy minion to your hand? That would tune down the powerlevel in case there were no enemies left, but you could compensate by giving it magnetic? 2/5 for now.
Demonxz95, "Alonsus Faol": I'm scared of this one. 7 mana let you heal at least one minion the turn this is played with your Hero Power. Then there are all the cheap spells priest could abuse this with, Circle of Healing being the biggest threat. I would feel a lot better if this was 9 mana and no classic card. 3/5

Good decision. It was fun at first but with Tirion you are basically forced to go for the same build every time, which also happens to be too good, so it has gotten uninteresting very fast.
I apologize if this competition was too hard for a lot of people. In retrospect, this competition might've been too hard for it only being the second one on this site.
You can't get better at something without a little challenge! It was a pretty major step in difficulty compared to week 1, but it was still a lot of fun and there were a lot of great cards submitted!

I expect to see him come back eventually - they probably didn't want to commit to a nerf without testing it internally first.
I'd guess that they'll up it to 2 mana anyway in the end, but I can see why they'd want to take him out first.

There remains the issue, that Tirion exacerbated, of Wrath Weaver. That card is far, FAR too good.
