I still don't understand how it would've been possible to narrow it down to a single expansion. Unless you went through the cards expansion by expansion.
Should be noted that Arcane Mage is by far the fastest way to complete the neutral Manathirst achievement seeing how it's the only class that can consistently get more than 10 procs per game.
It's related to a champion, but it's not a champion card itself. It's a bit hard to find since not all the token cards can easily be found on the base card's card page and instead, you have to go to the card database to find it.
All I can find in regards to a hint for that clue is that it isn't collectable. But if it is a champion, there's only 108 of those, so that's easily brute-forcible, so thanks.
Edit: Oh I think there was something about swapping. Was that it?

The clue has been revealed in a comment chain. And another (or the same) pointed out that it isn't collectible. There's a champion whose whole identity revolves around this clue
Week 3's are much easier than 2, so if it was a situation of scaling each week, something got flipped, haha. Arena's clue was giving me trouble because there are up to like five copies of certain cards, they're not in an order, and only one of the "variants" counts as a clue. Just missing HS#1 now.

Another commenter sounded like they had narrowed down the expansion, but hadn't responded when I asked how, so I decided to just try the latest one.
I was at first afraid that clues would go away after the week was up and you were SoL if you didn't solve them all. Thankfully that isn't the case since here I am still not finished Week 2 and the Week 3 clues are out.
With Commons you stand a very good chance of doing so, statistically, given a certain number of packs opened in the coming weeks/months. With Rares I find it can be more down to luck (based on previous disenchants/refunds, I eventually had to recraft a copy of Irondeep Trogg and Wildpaw Gnoll once I wanted to use them again). And Standard packs currently account for all 6 last expansions, so it's a bit harder to count on those.
Sera Surfer is really cool. Since I don’t have Goose I went with the Domino as only 2-drop and Wolfsbane as a late 7 power punch (since I also don’t have Maximus).
But overall It’s a very similar deck. Good to do missions such as “win location with 4 cards”
Oh, I think my hint was for the week 1 Yu-Gi-Oh riddles. But I didn't (and don't) know how to do the search to find 3000 LP cards for week 2, so for me that was brute-force as well. Only after finding it did I find that connection. But glad it helped you!

The Good And Bad Of Lor - A Post Mortem
The good is that there is a massive number of unique decks and archetypes that achieve unique goals.
The bad, there's 100ds of non unique decks that essentially just jam easy agressive high value cards that don't actually do anything.
Why is hallowed one of the highest played archetypes in the history of LOR?
It's idiot proof and it goes in everything.
Why is Freijord the least played region?
It requires you to do the most bs to be playable and win games. (Although wild mysticism is a great buff)
So why did people leave?
Well the cool decks are generally worse then the dumb decks.
Ryse releases and requires a ton of bs to play well thats 40% instantly
Ionia gets a nerf and stops being a powerhouse? Well nobody is gonna play it.
Meanwhile hallowed decks will exist in the game forever as a ubiquitous and easy form of high value aggro.
So while I will always enjoy the core LOR experience of smart deck vs smart deck playing for unique wincons.
I'll also hate the game for its lingering hearthstone elements, who curves the hardest while denying easy value for the opponent.

Let's say I do not own Grand Magister Rommath, and I try to do Quick Rommaths with a Paladin deck, using The Countess. Is there any experience if the repeats of Holy Maki Roll will count as individual spells for the 15?
