Strong card. Never underestimate a card with Discover effects. This could very well see play in non Dragon decks just for the value. Too bad the 3-drop slot is always crowded for Hunter already.
I said something similar to your opinion about the return of the Rag. card back and I'll say it again here: there is absolutely nothing special about the people who already own the Tyrande hero. There was no true effort involved in obtaining it. You just signed up for Twitch prime and, if from one of the regions where she was not available, lied about where you were. I guess you also linked your Twitch and Blizzard accounts. That's all you had to do.
Having the Tyrande hero means nothing other than that you happened to have been playing HS during the time she was available and were aware of the few small steps you had to take to get her. In my mind that is not something that gives you bragging rights or any reason to want other players to be unable to use her or have some superficial tweak as though the original is more special in some way.
Now if Blizz were to hand out golden heroes or 1000 win portraits to everyone, or card backs that actually took a bit to effort to earn e.g. through heroic single player content or competitive play, then yes I'd take issue with that. But those take time and genuine effort, not 2 minutes and a few jumps between different websites.

I hope you like my deck. I really apprecieated that you find the Shadowy Figure solution which I failed with the mistake of giving a minion reborn twice don't work case.
Also I have thought to use Vivid Nightmare in my deck too but thought that adding it could be so greedy since the deck seems greedy.
I'm skeptical about bringing Quest and Galakrond together too, but it looks like a lot of fun! At least something to play around with until the meta settles. Plus double Devastation with Kronx Dragonhoof? Sign me up! (even if it's hard to pull off delaying completing the quest until after you're Galakrond.)
I had the same thoughts on Lifedrinker and had been debating putting him in. I actually just made a few changes to the list, and added Lifedrinker back in for that usual Quest Shaman playstyle.
I think the deck now has a few more ways to win. As always, only testing will tell for sure!

Moreover, even if you suggest to make her available in the same conditions, now you can have a free month of Prime, so it's just easier to give her away for free.

Wow, had the same idea without Shadowy Figure but with more Grave Runes + Embalming Rituals + Holy Smite but I've figured it out it won't work to give Mogu Cultist reborn twice so I've changed the combo into Shadowy Figure after I saw your version with Shadowy Figure thanks to you.
