Actually there are some stuff that people are not understanding here.
1. Baku and genn were more about odd/even restriction than about hero power upgrade.
That restriction is basically what made the cards impossible to tweak in any meaningfull way.
2.We not want those extra stuff on standard forever. The less stuff we have at standard forever the better it is.
In other words as a player I want basic hero powers to be the only evergreen hero powers.
If they return is better to be as start of game cards due to this.
3. Baku and genn was a recent thing.
Don't expect to make people be rational about it and understand the points above in the first try.
While it is important to learn what happened and to tell it. Not insist on it. This is just recent and many people still to salty about it to even think.

He is the BEST Warlock 'hero' after Gul'dan. Nemsy is cute and funny and her wow emote is the only wow emote which isn't used ironically, but she is no Gul'dan. Mecha Jaraxxus is kinda meh imo, but some people love him.
But Tekahn is almost as badass as Gul'dan. He is cool, calm, arrogant and evil. He is everything, what a Warlock should be! And his voice is perfect for the character.
Also, the special interactions with Haro Setting-Sun and with Xur'ios are really good too.
This deck is not good if you wan't to climb ladder above rank 5. Play it, if you wan't to have fun and you think it's fun to lose against all the meta decks on ladder.
The code feature is there, it's just a bit hidden. You'll need to click "deckbuilder" without selecting a class and you'll find it: https://outof.cards/hearthstone/deckbuilder/.
It's brawl only for sure. Maybe the reports were unclear, but this bug only occurs when you make an invalid brawl deck and try to play with it. It isn't a bug with the "autocomplete" deck function that's implemented in the game
For example, you save a brawl deck with 10/30 cards and push play. The game will automatically add the remaining 20 cards for you and it won't follow the rules

However, I miss King Krush and Houndmaster Shaw , even if they seems strong they don't seems key for this deck, which card could replace them good in your opinion ?

Why you're entitled to answer with 1 card what your opponent did with his entire deck?
There are decent answers that enable you to continue the game like MC tech.
What not exists is a answer that just wins on spot and such answer should not exist.

I had a name..old starcraft account.
At some point, not sure when, blizzard assigned everyone random account names, told you to then change it to what you wanted.
They gave me KFC..and it made me chuckle..so, that's my name, now.
