I don't know how necessary they actually are, but I can tell you that Far Sight is a very useful card. if you craft it, then you will play it. you said you like to play shaman decks a lot, so Far Sight is worth it even if you don't need it for the deck.
I seen christianHS playing this deck, and it looks like fun. I'm missing the single copy of far sight and sandbinder though, and just wondering whether they would hurt the deck a lot by not being there?
It appears to me at least that they are just there to make your life easier drawing into stuff, and not actually needed at all for the combo itself. should I craft these 2 cards or just run the deck without them do you think? They are both cards I know I'd probably use more anyway (the far sight more so as I play a lot of shaman decks)
Spectral Pillager Rogue has been my all-time favorite deck for my daily wild memetown needs. Your opponent never expects the OTK that will eventually come
The deck has always had a soft spot in my heart and I hope it doesn't end up getting killed due to abuse of SN1P SN4P mechanics.
it is boring, also they have just done 2 crystal themed ones with new adventure. seems lazy.
I do like the blue glass effect in the background, but honestly what's with HS symbols with a crystal effects right now, theres been 3 right next to each other.
not even trying to hide the asset flipping at this point. ha ha.
I like the glass effect, but personally I think they could have chose something other than another crystal hearthstone symbol. The two from the new adventure are crystal as well.
also this is just personal, but I have loads of magic themed card backs already in my set. I don't know if it's just the imbalance of my set as I don't play 100% of the time, or whether they actually just simply have made loads of magic themed cardbacks.
I noticed your update regarding Augmented Elekk and I am here for one great advice: Use Weasel Tunneler. When you are about to kill Weasel, play Elekk to shuffle an extra copy. Also, you use Desert Camel so that you can fetch your Weasel. Give it a try, you won't regret that.
Presumably because it was geared towards a more niche playerbase and had a very unfriendly business model towards newcomersBasically it appealed to a very small group of people and was accessible to even fewer.
I honestly believe if a game is fun people won't mind staying around and paying a premium for it.
What if they will bring each expansion a separate piece which does the same as zayle and combining all 3 will give you an unique mix of decks? Maybe with a small + (like being able to use one of the cards from the adventures inside constructed) will probably not happen but would be a neat idea and will give incentive to people to buy the (older) solo content.
Pretty neat deck, the only problem I can see is that there are too many one-offs which can make the deck less consistent. I will try it out now and see how it works.
I'm totally done with Hearthstone for now. I auto-received my rank 5 start for the season and I realised I don't even care about it any more.
One more game against cancer-Lackey Rogue and I have realised I just have no love for this game any more. In fact, the only reason I am even playing is to generate gold so I can enjoy the single player content which is now more enjoyable than anything on standard ladder. That's a damning indictment of the game really.
Meh... I'll probably be back on in a few days and I know it.
When the options of truly viable strong decks are limited to less decks than you can count on one hand, netdecking is inevitable.
That said, it is also inevitable in any game where players compete and want the best possible chance of winning. Hating netdeckers in a game like this is the same as hating Bodybuilders who cheat by going to the gym, or hating football teams who use scouts to get the best players instead of the manager looking for them himself.
Why a separate topic when you are talking about the very thing the other topic is ..err talking about?
We don't need 10 threads of the same topic.
Cause if you read the post you would see that it deals with predictability in the current meta and not overall so was more of a post of the current meta and the limited amount of decks currently in the meta. But thanks for your complaint and adding so much to the discussion. And as MProdigy said it is just that; lack of creativity or maybe the player base has diminished and we are just left with netdeckers.
I made wild decks for fun and druid as competative.
First one: Actually wanted to show druid is a thing and played wild this February and March :-). Shot me straight from 25 to 3 in something like two weeks.
Alright so today I felt like playing some bomb warrior games. Immediately I got punished because in about 90 minutes I only managed to play three games as two of them were mirror matchups. Oh well, that's what I get for playing a slow deck.
Anyway, long story short, I lost both those mirrors. My question is: what game plan should one approach in the bomb warrior mirror match?
My initial thought was to try and win the fatigue game. Bomb warrior isn't an aggressive deck and has a ton of removal so trying to outrush each other seems like a waste. My gameplan was to hard mulligan for Dr. Boom, Mad Genius and to not play a single draw card. My opponents, on the other hand, hastily played all their Acolyte of Pain and Shield Block. In the end both times their Elysiana was better than mine and despite me being 4-5 cards ahead in fatigue I lost.
So, how should one approach the bomb warrior mirror? Try to rush them down and stuff their deck with bombs ASAP, or take it slow and wait for fatigue?
So much fun actually making a deck and then playing it. The idea is to ramp as much as possible and then play your big minions. When your graveyard has a few dead key minions you can play:
1 Bond of Revival (WAR) 80
1 Muldrotha, the Gravetide (DAR) 199
We will see how it goes. Unsure if I can keep up against aggro but its still fun even if I loose.

Oh all the good memories that are in these cards.
copy of far sight and sandbinder needed for this OTK idea, please?

Vargoth Is Stealing Away!
Sure, I will keep it up, no worries there. After migrating my stuff/decks from Hearthpwn to OoC, I will build new decks.

A Weekend of Wild Decks
Just to know, why my wild deck here https://outof.cards/hearthstone/decks/1278-wild-synesthesys-jade-shaman-ttk count as a standard deck? I don't find a way to change it :/
Lets talk about Artifact and why it failed (none meme addition)
I honestly believe if a game is fun people won't mind staying around and paying a premium for it.
Zayle, Shadow Cloak

The deck looks like so much fun. Will try it out tonight. Keep it up

Dog thinks it's all about tempo and value from each turn. Guess his opinion should be taken into account? :P

Netdecking and the real problem it brings
When the options of truly viable strong decks are limited to less decks than you can count on one hand, netdecking is inevitable.

Hating netdeckers in a game like this is the same as hating Bodybuilders who cheat by going to the gym, or hating football teams who use scouts to get the best players instead of the manager looking for them himself.
It's nonsensical at best, naive at worst. :-D
Netdecking and the real problem it brings
Love to destroy netdeckers with my own decks ^^. But it´s frustrating and hard work ;-).

I've gotten it lots of times.

Can you change the deck type to "Just for fun" instead of ranked?

Second one is mage. Made it to embrace random spellcasting while maintaining a deck that wins. Its for fun, but YOUR fun :-)
Wild · Big Spell Mage · by W0lfr1c · 7 years, 3 months ago
Third one was to show another completely new and diffrent deck. And it works quite amazing. So let the light (from your oponents end) shine on you.

I love Muldrotha, such a fun card. Lot of fun ones in there actually, though I do get grumpy when people curve into a fast Carnage Tyrant, haha.
