Solid 3 star. In a class that has been given a number of weapon options, it would be a hard decision between this, Doomhammer, and Whack-A-Gnoll Hammer to have in the deck
Mana discounts, particularly battlecries in shaman, are often very strong. So i can see this replacing whack a gnoll hammer in many variants.
