too weak to be really useful
I don't like it even if the quest ends up being good. DH has a lot of good weapons and burst to choose from so I don't see this being worth a slot.
Good for the quest possibly. Generally it'll only do 1-3 damage which makes it bad unless you're building self-mill DH.
3 mana for a really solid kick in the face that fluctuates? I'll take it
