Yes, it's bad, but it means we might see more "top of deck" interactions in the future. I've wanted one of those in the game for quite a while.

I wasn't even thinking about that! This card is kind of crazy because you don't know what card you gave away or had stolen from you. Not sure if it will see play outside of meme decks, though.
