Oh look now my opponent can use his combo card more effectively

Pretty weak. 1/5, not gonna see play
draw a giant and make your opponent draw a useless card
If you're control playing against aggro decks, it's OK I guess. But you are drawing a card for them and you don't want that. And maybe the card you draw has the same cost as yours. It's the kind of card that when you get it in a pack you curse your luck.
Finally some meme cards. This is obviously to random and drawing a card to your opponent is bad. If your opponent draws some high cost card and you draw low cost card that this is just awful. I can't see why anyone would ever play this card.
Too slow imo.
Good in heavy cost decks against aggro. If this had taunt it would be almost game ending tempo against aggro decks. But more likely its just not consistent enough to see play.
Indirect Wisp nerf
Even for me this is super Meme-y.
