I don’t get why they don’t reuse certain keywords when appropriate. I know Recruit was a K&C keyword, and Echo was only WW (with at least one exception in SN1P-SN4P), but is it going to hurt the flavor of the old sets by reusing the keywords occasionally???
Another great example is Phase Stalker... why doesn’t it just say “Inspire: Cast a secret from your deck.”? Is it because they think new players might not recognize the keyword and be too dumb to figure it out???
Certain keywords rarely get used outside of their set because the devs must think it would hurt the flavor of the set it was designed for... or so I assume. Same reason why Phase Stalker doesn’t say Inspire, and [Hearthstone Card (Witch’s Brew) Not Found] wasn’t Echo.
In this case, sad to see that keywords are one-set-only. And also all the new keywords to be. An exception for Discover, probably because of its popularity.
Discover and Lifesteal they saw a lot of promise in, and liked the design space that they open up. But yeah, with a lot of the others they give them the Enrage treatment outside of their intended sets. Echo had one exception with SN1P-SN4P.
For Paladin, this is an ok card. For Warrior though, this could be potentially scary. Most of the control style minions that Warrior would play would be pretty intimidating if they suddenly were to be a bit more sticky... and this does just that. If the meta will be able to curve out more niche for control style decks with Warrior, this card could definitely find a home.

A very powerful tool for a recruit big warrior.
Just imagine a Scrapyard Colossus with divine shield, gg well played.
This card has me excited to try some stuff out with big paladin/warrior.
Funny way to spell Recruit + bonus
Reminds me of that one Warrior card that recruits a minion for 6 mana (cant remember its name). For 1 more mana and you get Taunt and Divine Shield
Fair, I guess, but not good enough to see play, other than big decks
Gather Your Party.

Big Warrior/Paladin, but I still think those decks don't really work...
What happened to Recruit keyword?

This will fit nicely in duel Paladin. The artwork is BEAUTIFUL!
