Joe Abercrombie - basically anything from him. He wrote a First law dark fantasy trilogy with some solitary books from the same world (The Heroes and Red Country being my favourites). Red Country is fantasy western, where a big scarred old man named Lamb needs to save a kidnapped girl.. and you can guess, that before he become Lamb he was not the peaceful type. The Heroes is a book about one battle with very interesting twist. Each chapter have one main character, who is killed in the battle and the next chapter continues the story with his killer... who is killed by the end of chapter... and so on. Bloody but very well written book.
And I love his Half a ... trilogy (Half a king, Half a world, Half a war), very dark and realistic viking.. postapo?
You may like Ian Tregillis - Milkweed Triptych Series sci fi trilogy, where the nazi discovered how to create superhuman soldiers during WW2 and the british had only one chance how to fight back - starting to summon demons. The three book are closed, very dark and very sofisticated.
The mage packs are intriguing. Given that there's a 10 pack pity counter on most pack types until you open your first legendary, does this mean we have a 10% chance of opening a mage legendary in the pack we earn for completing the solo content?
The pity timer does not applies to special packs (golden, these, year of XXX etc.)
But they are still great, thanks to no duplication rule and cards from standard you will get any standard cards you miss.
I think that the problem is that he does it too consistently that most other decks can't really keep up unless they're aggro and beat the crap out of their Nexus. The only good nerf I can imagine that would possibly satisfy everyone is that his Level Up condition needs to be increased, by quite a bit as well. We have Purrsuit of Perfection crying in the corner because even though his statline is massive and works well as a game-ending tool, his condition to summon it is insanely hard to do. Meanwhile, dropping Aurelion Sol on 10 Mana would occasionally just cause him to level up if the opponent has no answers. Maybe his stats as well, because even without leveling up, a 10/10 with SpellShield that draws you a really good card when you play him is already good enough by itself.
Or Level up: Your other allies have 20+ totalpower
I hope in 9.99 as they will do this type of event each month (10 months for 10 heroes plus 2 months without event during expansions to finish within one year as promised)
So you basically suggest to play suboptimal decks with bad draws to confuse your opponen??
Wasn't Runeterra the "I do not do random stuff like HS" game??

The Threaten is ultimately BM before kill
I don't want to do this… But I will. - hit face for kill
Start is not workin'
Means most likely nothing. There was one such teaser in August 14th but with Necromancy

I would add from newer books my suggestions:

Technically they can announce there the April expansion

Watch Kripparian BG youtube videos
Maybe Zephrys just despise Raza priests, man.
Or Level up: Your other allies have 20+ totalpower
Good nerf would be to let it draw 5 cards but update the mechanics to the card text, so SP would shuffle entire hand including created cards into deck

So you are spamming emotes and intentionally rope people. I can definitely see whats wrong with you.
My first cardback
Same for me. I purchased the adventure for real money AFTER the preorder. I still regret that.
The dark one looks much better
It is 3 ears already!!
