Same as Hedge Maze, Vile Library will only see play if the whole Implock archetype is powerful, which it might be considering how everyone is worried about Impending Catastrophe. I do appreciate Blizzard making an attempt to bring Zoolock back and looking forward to playing a lot of imps!
One thing about Imp King Rafaam, is it really worth slotting in cards like Fiendish Circle? I'm sure there's enough "good" imps in standard that you can forfeit the 1/1s
Out of all the classes, I'm most looking forward to playing druid, purely thanks to Topior the Shrubbagazzor and his insane effect. He can literally fit into any druid archetype coz druid mainly uses nature spells.
On Hedge Maze though, I have a good feeling it'll see little to no play in standard just coz there's not enough support.
Quite a lot of grindy achievements here. 60 out of 72 achievements require multiple games and can be seen as "grindy". Curiously, each class got 1 achievement that you can complete in 1 game and we require to own 11 specific legendary minions to complete the above achievements.
Not sure if it's a coincidence or not, but I've had that damned Stormwind quest almost* every week for the past month. Depends on my mood if I complete it, but most times it's an instant reroll... into the Win 5 games in TB, Arena, Duels etc
Glad to see it's been removed coz quests have definitely become the ugly step sister in HS.
I bought the last 2 tavern passes (FAV and Sunken City) but this one I'm probably gonna pass coz the extra 2 golden epics don't make up for the reduced number of skins. Also it's a bad epic that will probably only see play in Arena, so that makes my decision a lot easier.
I've always savored the pack opening experience. I will always hover over each card to see if it has that golden glow then freak out like a fan girl from the excitement. Have had some entertaining fireside gatherings where everyone has to take a shot of alcohol if anyone opens a legendary. Quite fun to say the least but this does increase pack opening time to about 2 hours.
Will continue doing the same for Murder at Castle Nathria launch. Hoping to open Topior the Shrubbagazzor and feel like I've won the jackpot 🤩
Thanks for this heads up! Wouldn't have known about this as I hardly check social media. So funny that Kripp is playing Sire Denathrius. It's gonna be a chuckle
Love this card. Probably my 2nd favorite card this expansion. The deckbuilding restriction is a bit rough coz that means you can't run tech cards like weapon or location removal. But it also has great synergy with Lightray and Elitist Snob.
Also, those 0 cost Colossals will be quite tough to face and will probably end the game.
Damn that's a strong effect, considering you can easily get 0 cost Colossals. As for the deckbuilding restriction, can't remember if there's any Bad Luck Albatross type cards in standard atm, but having no neutrals is a bit rough if you need certain tech cards like Viper
Least they recognized this fact and decided to make a joke about it which I applaud.
I do agree this is somewhat sloppy legendary design but this legendary does support the wildseed archetype which looks more midrange than anything else.
Also, Cora will probably just say the same thing as Convoke the Spirits, where this design was the closest they could match to the Wow character
Well this is will be auto-include secret going forward seeing as every class needs to play spells. Very similar to Cat Trick which saw a lot of play. Solid rogue secret
Pretty flavorful wording explaining the functionality of this card. Although the English version will probably be better. The effect is definitely unique but reminiscent of Sherazin, Corpse Flower and Waxadred where it'll keep coming back as long as the condition is met. Not too sure if Rogue can reliably have at least 1 secret untriggered each turn though. Or this just gets silenced.
Most mage spells are so good, you'll most likely be able to choose any one that is offered and still "trick" your opponent into choosing the wrong spell. Playing this minion on turn 1 will be the best way to trick your opponent though coz they won't know what archetype you're playing yet.

Will we get card reviews from OoC? Always enjoy reading those

Most likely all her hero powers will be redesigned coz that particular hero power of Toki's would definitely break the mode.

Stoneborn Accuser - "I SAW THEM VENT, I SWEAR!"
Finally have our Among Us reference
I'm a sucker for consistency, so 5 stars...

Probably an obvious answer, but I'm assuming deathrattles won't get triggered when the minion is sacked?
Might fit in Big druid but it's a random minion from your hand so it's pretty unreliable unless all your minions in hand are big boys.
Also battlecries won't trigger so maybe the new Big Deathrattle druid archetype would use this as removal? Unlikely.
Pretty glad Secret mage is weak in standard coz this legendary looks quite annoying to deal with.
Feeling sorry for all wild players though. RIP
