Yup same here, I used to have 1 phantom notification for FAV achievements, now I've got 2 for Year of the Gryphon achievements but I see the notifications change after each game so it's just spaghetti code then

Out of all of them, I like Diego Gil's Rattling Performance the most. It's not often you see a goblin in heavy armor, and that sword looks sick!
