I'm pretty happy with these nerfs overall, nothing really stands out except Sorcerer's Apprentice coz it'll also indirectly fix the animation exploit without Blizzard addressing it directly.
I'd probably end up DE all cards, especially Raid the Docks. It'll probably still be playable, but so over playing that deck now.
I'm assuming, from the way the article mentions NA region only, that EU and the other regions were not affected? Haven't received any dust notifications when I login
I'd really like to know at what point it stops becoming reasonable/good value. For eg: lets say you opened 10 UiS packs and got 50% of the Deadmines cards and 2 legendries. Is it still worth buying then?
Online GIF site GIPHY teamed up with Jif peanut butter to have some fun with the debate. The two companies unveiled a limited-edition jar of peanut butter in Jif’s trademark packaging, but labeled “Gif”. While some may think the packaging implies that GIF and Jif rhyme, according to the two companies—and a series of accompanying GIFs on GIPHY—the opposite is true.
“At Giphy, we know there’s only one ‘Jif’ and it’s peanut butter,” Alex Chung, founder and CEO of Giphy said in a press release about the campaign. “If you’re a soft G, please visit Jif.com. If you’re a hard G, thank you, we know you’re right.” That’s right: according to Giphy, GIF is pronounced with a hard G, unlike Jif the peanut butter.
Most difficult might have been whether to make Demon Hunter temporary or permanent.
Wow, I didn't even know this was a decision they'd consider. I understand the additional class means less neutral cards printed and in essence the game got slightly more expensive with 2 additional class legendries but I'm glad they kept DH, or we wouldn't have all those different Kurtrus'
It's very likely a small percentage of the current core set will remain in the 2022 core set. I'm thinking the 5 dragon aspects will be among them as they seem relatively balanced
It'll most likely be the announcement of the winning faction for the event and the big battlegrounds changes they promised.
The announcement for the next year of the... along with some core set card teasers will probably come after the mini-set release in late Feb, seeing as the Year of the Gryphon was announced at Blizzconline on the 19th of Feb last year.
They better give up compensation for the bugged achievements. I'm certain I've completed the "You are not worthy" achievement already with Cariel, if it wasn't bugged.
On January 11, all Honor will be tallied and the winning faction’s accomplishment will be forever enshrined in Hearthstone, because every player will receive a Diamond copy of the winning faction’s leader card (Drek’Thar or Vanndar) as the third Diamond card for the set in a future update!
So regardless of whose wins, we'll get both Diamond versions at some point
Side note: Malygos + Iceblood Garrison does make for a sweet unexpected board clear. Managed to win a couple games with this combo and that's saying something for an achievement hunting deck

It's the opposite to Renounce Darkness where Paladin has all shadow spells instead of holy spells... oh wait that's Priest 😜😅

Is that the end of it? Probably not.
I'll take my leave now...
Most definitely, now I don't feel the need to complete the honor questline coz there's no real point in getting a golden Vanndar now

Bloody well hope so. MoP was my favorite WoW expansion, funny enough

How much HS do you play in a day to finish the honor quest line in 8 days? 😱 You're definitely one of those mad men Aesan was talking about 🤣
I definitely let the horde down 😓 damn all that achievement hunting and bad decks
Mini-set launches on 10th of Feb, coz math :D
Also another nice synergy with the Battle Rams, you can summon 2 copies with Playmaker
