Generic and almost never gonna be played in competitive.
Cant even recommend as a discover option. The only way this card is ever gonna be relevant is a smaller pool, and in arena. Outside of that, no reason whatsoever to play a 3 mana card that doesnt do anything and clogs your hand with two cards you'll probably never …
Ive no idea what build this will inspire but Im almost 90% sure this card would get nerfed.
Mage and priest are the only real classes in hearthstone that can justify having low tempo for the early game so this is just a magnet for mage to bs the game out of hand, whether its just a big minion, …
Another card thats mostly strong out of a discover option rather than outright inclusion
Its mad to think that [card]animal companion[/card] was once the premier 3 drop card that's played in just about any hunter deck. Nowadays, hunter just dont play em. Similarly, I dont see why either mage or hunter would want to play this because you cant …
Its yet more mechs for paladin (yay) I guess that means it might see some play in some capacity assuming that people even still want to play mech pally at all.
The few niches it has outside of a tribal deck is occasionally doing something with the reborn, but unless there some crazy undead that you can graft this …
Potential to be one of the most disgusting normal cards ever printed in a set.
Imagine gaining anywhere from 6-8 armor and drawing a card for three mana. And for two of the most toxic classes available too.
Its probably not a good card, but this is one of those that needs to be tested.
Because three mana to do 10 damage cant be all that bad. But it is very slow and its random, meaning it can easily wipe the board as much as it could do absolutely jack shit.
Only ever relevant to warlock. No priest deck will play this.
Nuff said really. Its not even a good card for warlock as it is.
Edit: seems that Ive mistaken it for a priest card. Oh well, Im similarly confident this will never be played in mage either way.
Only good thing here is I dont think this will ever replace [card]nourish[/card] because its just too slow
Bad thing is that if this works it'll be one of the most toxic cards ever conceived by team5 and will quickly be nerfed. Because really, its getting to the point where druid can ramp upwards to 4 against their opponent …
Broken as hell, and would at some point be nerfed.
Because really, you cant grant mage more freeze effects without it being toxic and granting warlock freeze effects will almost certainly cause a ruckus with so many combo decks available.
Decent draw option but perhaps a bit redundant. Because hp on 2 is basically the same net of cards as this card would bring, but you take two extra damage.
Perhaps a little too much, but then again even [card]kobold librarian[/card] can see play why cant this?
This is where we'd look at team5 and start asking questions because what the fuck is this.
4 mana 6/8 taunt? Is this what hearthstone is today? I guess team5 looked at [card]anubisath defender[/card] and thought this would be fine but the fact that this card merely requires you to skip an early turn is just a joke. At …
Want to like a card like this but I cant.
If sunspot dragon didnt get a look, whyd this card would? Id give this respect simply because of lifesteal but not any further than that because I dont think it'll see much play.
Immediately that comes to mind is that this card is not great.
But yet somehow Im concerned because druid has shown time and time again that cards that copy, reduces mana, or in some cases both is and can be immediately broken.
And this card is showing vibes of that. Wouldnt surprise me if someone started spamming thaddius …
I'll respect it because it has stealth. Apart of that, this card is just the kind of thing you get out of discovers and feel happy for yourself because I cant see any deck including this in it on purpose.
Nowadays even paladin has AoE options and everyone is playing reno so this doesnt even get a free pass …
I cannot for the life of me understand whyd anyone would want to play this card unless its to grind out achievements.
Practically unplayable simply because the pool is massive and the minions arent great. Even as an option to trigger [card]velarok windblade[/card] its just redundant, being beaten by just about every card in viability.
Look broken until you realise that 90% of the time this is just a 5 mana to remove one minion, which makes it actually worse than [card]assassinate[/card]
So, this card gives you the option to steal a minion off your opponent. Apart from the fact that priest can already steal opponent's cards, there's very few targets of which this …
Its 1 mana deal 3 damage to face.
Most of the time its single most utility is indeed to do just that. As to whether it'll see play outside highlander, probably not. Best chance is in dhunter where dealing damage for small mana is almost an identity.
Its a fine card for what it is.
Probably more relevant to rogue that dhunter since rogue needs the draw more urgently than dhunter and a 2 mana draw 2 is handy.
This card is basically here to save a minion from being removed.
So cards like [card]illidari inquisitor[/card] can be saved for the next turn and lose absolutely nothing in initiative.
But of course, the real power of this card is simply the fact that it more or less guarantees you can never play a titan against this without …
I love this card.
But hearthstone has moved beyond these things. Still, it is a taunt minion that cant be interacted with.
Dont think it'll make much impact but you got to respect the taunt and lifesteal at least.
