This card seems very strong, it enables itself, as well as enabling plunder, burn in general, heimer, any spell synergy, also having 3 hp to block seems useful against early aggression if they use 2/2s or tokens.
1 hp 1 drops rarely see play it's too easy to get rid of with a lot of pings everywhere.. the scaling is also kind of slow for this, you want at least 2 hp on your 1 drops, or them to do something significant fast.
This scales slower than other 1 mana scalers like the support or shield ones which are 1/2s
The question of this card is flexibility and augment synergy better than running the card by itself, we will need to wait and see how important the augment keyword is.. if you need it to level up Viktor then you probably play it just for that.. this card is not bad just for the flexibility and how spell mana works..
so calculated creations makes 1 of 3 1~3 cost minions of your choosing for 2 mana though.. and all of those are runnable by themselves, 3 mana elusive scaler, 2 mana engine scaler, 1 mana quick attack scaller
the question of that card is flexibility and augment synergy better than running the card by itself.
Genuine question: Why even try to be competitive in Hearthstone?
In the end, competitiveness in HS is reaching a level where if you lose, it's only because you could have played better instead of being able to afford better cards. You can try again, improve yourself or switch some tech cards around. That's where the fun of success begins. No hard feelings, I hope you understand my viewpoint.
I respect that answer, but it almost seems impossible because 'playing better' simply doesn't exist anymore due to the amount of 'Created by' RNG in the game.
That's another problem..
It bothers me a lot to play a suboptimal list without it's actual win condition and key cards.. and I want to try a variety of decks.. expected the new system to aid in that aobut what it did? a small stingy increase in the economy in some cases while requiring more commitment, how are you expecting the playerbase to accept that?
Blizzard has been moving in a direction where they only care about whales. Only they are allowed to have fun. All other player demographics must suck it up and play 1-2 decks for scraps of rewards. Any steps forward in easing the problem like duplicate protection has been followed by opposite actions. The progression system rework solved nothing, only obfuscated the reward process and introduced another money sink for whales.
I disagree, we've gotten two new game modes within a year that don't absolutely require money or gold to play. Are there perks to spending money/gold for those modes? Absolutely. Are they required? Not really.
sure, if I could play the decks that I consider fun, I like experimenting with concepts but the game doesn't let you do that at all, that's my fun, also I like collecting card.
I don't understand how anyone tolerates the new system it's a a small buff to gold income AT BEST, which is not what most players (like me) expected, the game has been becoming gradually more expensive since release, the old system was outdated to keep up with the increasing cost of the game, and the new system was expected by many to mitigate that dramatically, what we got is almost the same economy, BUT more convoluted.
Which does not address the concern of increasingly expensive game at all.
Even if you get that small increase in gold it's in a way that encourages you to spend more money and time on the game, having to buy packs or arena/duels entries in a delayed way encourages you to spend money cause you are delayed of what was before gotten sooner, when I play hs I wanted to try a variety of decks specially on release, then I would face that pay/time wall and stop playing until I got resources again..
Now that delay got increased.
Blizzard always made a lot of f2p antagonizing moves with their game, they now tried to copy a model used in other games and yet they didn't copy the good parts about such systems.
Giving them play time is to continue supporting them, you are giving them a player in their queues.
And you are also not really gonna quit, if you want to quit, quit now not "mid term".
Sunken cost, addiction and FOMO content are preventing you from making this logical move, you are another dissapointed player, just delete the game and don't look back.
Who cares if in the long term some players are getting slightly more gold?
The system feels much worse, you can't complete quests in tavern brawls some quests force you into some modes/actions (ranked/arena also playing old gods), some rewards are still old expansion packs.
Packs still feel bad to open, the dust system still sucks, the game is still expensive AF, and feel very grindy.
The new system should've be a CLEAR IMPROVEMENT over the old one.. which it's not.
Put back the old system with the battle pass ON TOP of it so quests give you gold AND exp, also add gold/exp/classic packs to easy one time achievements to quick start new players with tonnes of packs (giving new players ways to actually play the game IKR?).
and so arena/duels don't feel as bad let people gain exp there as well (currently you can't).
On top of that if they were feeling a bit more generous make the pack value in general more exciting by lowering the chance of a 40 dust pack.. also another change that could be done is to decrease the ratio of dusting cards to 1/3 from 1 to 4 (and 1 to 8 in commons) so they don't feel as awful.
Another change they could help new players with is using the class levels to give meaningful rewards past level 10 it's currently capped on 60 and give terrible rewards.
That would make the game FAR more accessible, and would make sense with the increasing cost of the game.
Blizzard would still gain a lot of money with tournaments,cosmetics/preorders, FOMO bundles/adventures.. etc.
You don't need to justify Blizzard current aspirations for gaining in the HS economy if the players are happy they will buy whatever they offer anyway.IDK why they feel the need to make people miserable so they feel the need to spend money in the game, it worked of course but that's very short term at this stage, they got their mobile e-store score down by 1 and something stars.. now HS is last place in some scores that's very bad for them.. cause if a player sees the store he would probably go for the top ones which as I have see are Gwent and LoR.
Cause you are guilty of continuing to support them, vote with your time (not your wallet), they treat you like a money bag!
If you enjoy the game you need to condemn what they are doing which will make the game fail long term (cause old players will finally quit, and new players won't come)
Blizzard needs more than "slightly more gold" the game has become much more expensive since the old system was in place.. this system should make the game feel better to play, more affordable and more satisfying, it does none of that.
They only dug themselves deeper with EVERYTHING done this expansion.. just look at the duels requirements, the achievements that grant exp requirements, the price of the battle pass the outrageous "thank you blizzard" bundle with spelling errors (legenderies XD), yogg crashing the game.
There's no announcement to be made, people just need to get the memo and quit the game there are many many other games that the companies running them respect their players, at least more than money bags like Blizzard treats you or anyone else p(l)aying their games.
I think I will add something too. It's all arguable. Some say it's good, some say it's bad.
Me? I would love to hear their respond. They promised a lot. Transparency, Details, & Feedbacks. So far? a little, yet so vague, uncertain, unclear. They state only for the common good, but avoid the most vital part.
I can only judge whether they're good or not based on how they respond. And it's AWFUL.
They lied about being more open to feedback since AOO or RoS I don't remember when did they promised they are gonna be more open to questions and feedback.
They didn't respound so far cause they are not interested in the community 2 weeks since the implementation and no official respound to the community outrage (and not fixing a bug andgiving a little more gold is NOT a fix)
IF they would give free legendaries to ALL, maybe the anger will slowly fade away.. but not when only few people will get free golden legendaries for nothing while others don´t, the rage will be much worse imo..
It wouldn't help, it's a really short term tactic people want a long term reward system/rework, AND a sensible apology.

The attack one is like part of Give It All, but on one follower + a keyword that's probably not that big of a deal.
There has been a poro deck going around in PnZ this card can fit into said poro deck.
If you want to be remotely competitive, then Yes.
Viktor incoming!
Playing for fun?

They don't regret anything, they don't care about a vocal minority, while their mobile addicted mass keeps paying them.
HS is dying? Players leaving? They did the math, and making social media players quit probably isn't detrimental enough for them.
Giving them play time is to continue supporting them, you are giving them a player in their queues.

Calling people crybabies, and you expect to not be down voted? And create a "discussion" ? Want another run down why the battle pass is horrible?
They will eventually need to go into that territory for expansions and such.. But not now.. There are many under represented lore/regions/characters.
Hope most people share this way of thinking and will answer like that, sadly didn't get the survey.. Myself.
Kda event was nice but too soon in the game cycle to introduce skins when the main lore wasn't even done being explored.

Credit card: 5/5
Gets weaker the more you use it, but lets you win more also obligatory in 50% of decks.
It wouldn't help, it's a really short term tactic people want a long term reward system/rework, AND a sensible apology.
People who are willing to come back at least..
