It's possible that mass opening the Catch up packs would give you the best chance, it depends when the recalculation of your collection percentage happens.
My percentages are similar. I assume we'll get 2, maybe 3, cards from each expansion. 10-15 cards per pack, at least 2 packs, probably mostly duplicate commons/rares, but hey, that's at least 160 dust that I wasn't expecting.
You and I aren't the target audience for Catch-up.
No, I think there's been other ways to enchant cards in hand. What about that Priest card that gave a Haunted deathrattle?
And card draw is always nice, but Explorer's Hat let you choose which minion got the buff. If this draws too expensive of a minion, you'll have to wait.
I hope Hunter gets a third Hat at some point, so we can build Hat Trick Hunter decks.
Additional Nov event: the Rewards Track will probably switch over on November 7 or so. You have less than a week to gather XP from Titans achievements.
Personally, I'll be summoning about 4 more frost giants.
I think the problem is the bouncing. It's interesting to have a card that addresses health while ignoring armor.
A possible fix: instead of a battlecry, the text becomes "At the end of your turn, steal 10 health from your opponent."
Oh, I'm your huckleberry.
Let's goooooo!
Yes.
I'll be opening packs in this order:

In any case, have fun y'all!
I'll give Highlander Pirate Rogue a try (the endless horse deck is more annoying than I usually care to be).
I'm currently diamond 10 in Wild, so we'll see if this can get me to Legend!
So this horse can summon itself.
And Rogue can abuse that.
Will we see a text/functionality change to "summon another" in the first nerfs of the new expansion?
I made a deck with only 7 cards, thinking "oh sweet, I'll have so many copies of these awesome cards" but no.
Put a decent amount of cards in your deck, or you will have a hand of Reflections with nothing to play!

Fair, but it also has the artwork for even more sevens!
Always a Bigger Jormungar should work too.
Lawful Longarm had better say "I'm the law in these here parts" when you play it.
A "Holy Cow!(boy)" is all you get, sorry, pardner.

This should be called Double Sevens, because it does two things, not three.
So my opponent can now damage (and maybe kill) minions in my hand before I play them?
Interesting to see how that works with divine shield synergy and enrage and more.
Great target for Cast When Drawn type effects.
Even now, the game could use a way of showing your opponent's max health.
Sure, it says 28 now, but is that 28/30, 28/35, or more?
5/5 for the art alone.
Just avoiding copyright infringement, nothing to see here, folks.
It gives you a full board if you want to Overheal them all. Maybe we can work with that?
