Kinda makes up for the Rager's biggest weakness, so it's at least somewhat playable.

Flamewaker with better stats but less longevity on its effect. Can still be useful to counter aggro decks in earlier turns.
Strong Arena card, perhaps Hunter or Druid will have new Beast archetype decks and if so, this would shine there.
Strong if recruitment style decks make a comeback, but otherwise too unreliable. Hitting a small minion with this will be a wasted turn.
