Based on L0rinda's stats pretty much everyone brought Mage, Paladin, and Rogue so bardozan might be agonizingly close to truth there. But everyone should still watch the streams for at least the 4 hours that give you the two packs.
Is it possible to link to the golden version of Hearthstone cards? @Flux, please also post the internal documentation for Hearthstone BBCode here? Thanks in advance! 😉
Seems a bit off-topic question since the thread was originally about MTG, but anyway the answer is yes. Sinti's BBCode guide has pretty much all the tips and tricks that we currently have, except Set="Core 2021".
A slump in interest at some point is definitely expected, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if we got "Classic Naxxramas" update at some point, and kept continuing from there.
Did you get a golden copy of a card? I got 40 dust on the "compensation day" and 360 dust today, and the only Classic pack I opened was the golden one from Classic launch celebrations. It seems they're still fixing those errors.
I may or may not have been playing a lot of Deep already (at low ranks/Normal mode, mostly). It was solid-ish already, I'm e.g. unbeaten against Lissandra/Trundle in 4-5 matches so far. Maokai mill best mill.
Shamelessly plugging my thread where you can see the event-related questlines (if you haven't finished those yet) and plan ahead your strategies for obtaining those sweet Sun Discs.
From my recent experience, sadly no. I´ve crafted the rest of the missing Classic cards just before the new Core set, to complete the Classic set collection and to see if I get anything. Didn´t. So it´s really not worth it, unless you are missing just a few (like I did), otherwise all you get is (atm) useless a-points. I´d keep the dust for the new expansion.
Did the same, actually. Can confirm that outside of achievement points you get nothing.
Yeah that was my Rogue rant. Whirlkick Master is definitely one of those cards that I can accept as long as they're not too prevalent/good, and the Darkmoon meta was pushing it time to time.
From this list I'll only miss Zephrys, but I do agree it's his time to rotate.
So now it's here! Anyone have suggestions of fun decks to begin with? Decklists appreciated.
Blizzard's Classic deck recipes are pretty solid imo, the strongest archetypes can be found in those.
If my yesterday's EU matches are anything to go by, there will be a whole lot of Miracle Rogue with occasional sprinkles of Aggro Hunter, Mage, and Combo Druid. Oh yeah and couple of Handlocks too. So if strong equals fun to you, pick one of those.
Yes, it seems like Arena wins before they counted towards the Golden and 1k hero portraits were now added, or something similar. A surprise to be sure but a welcome one. I don't like Arena though so I didn't get that many extra wins.
I got my frost spell quest completed correctly yesterday (or the day before that) but I did play ranked. Maybe it's a brawl problem.

The schedule will likely be about that but haven't seen any official broadcast times mentioned yet.

AI Ladder eh? You have my attention.

That is correct.
In my experience Scargrounds is a rough matchup and Sivir can be a nightmare to deal with. The early game unit buffs might help a bit though.

Don't look directly at Imp Portals! Or was it the Sun, I always confuse those two...

Have to agree on Scabbs, a score this high was quite surprising to me. I'm bad at playing Rogue though so my opinion should not be trusted.
Handlock is alive and well, but apparently doesn't use much Twitter.
Some Youtube evidence can be seen about its continuing existence though: e.g. Trump, Solem, and Rarran have made videos about it.

Did you hear that, Avalon? You picked the wrong Pirate.
