Ah, a fellow triple Noggenfogger owner. I didn't get them back-to-back but it didn't hurt any less. Gadgetzan was definitely the expansion of duplicates for me.
I really have to ask - what were they smoking when the wrote the requirements for the 10th quest?
Level up four champions in a single game. And do it twice. In match-made games, not AI.
Now, most of the time you don't even level up two champions, which is all you normally even have in your deck. This is asking you to have 4 different champions in your deck. Draw all four of them. Level all four of them, and play all four of them. Against another real person, in a game you couldn't have planned out in advance because it's match-made.
Yeah, good luck managing to get those stars to align even once. Let alone twice.
I will be shocked beyond imagination if anyone in the entire game manages to pull that off before they just summon 20 champions.
Or I guess you can manage to Activate the Sun disc with two level 2 ascended champs on the board. But that means you're playing mono-Shurima. And again, this has to be against a real person, who has to stay and wait for the animations. So yeah, definitely easier than the first scenario ... but still seems unlikely to be pulled off before just summoning 20 champions.
There are some equally curious quest completion requirements in the second even questline, I wonder if this is a stealthy way for them to test some initial achievement system. They do indeed feel rather harsh to complete.
Yes, the duo cannot get more points this week which will leave them to bottom 4 regardless of other results. AyRoK needs a big performance for sure, but he could still mathematically get to safety (although is likely to need help from other players with that). For reference, the current (after Thursday's matches) cut-off is 8 points, with Bunny in risk of relegation by tiebreakers.
I can add a small, updated relegation table here in the comments should you find that helpful.
Despite being a writer, and general enthusiast for Hearthstone and Runeterra, I don't write any of the content you read on the site because I don't have the confidence or the advanced knowledge required to hold an expert opinion/position on these games.
Ah yes, the advanced knowledge. That's totally what I have, why would I ever write so many posts if I didn't.
Anyway, I'm tinkering with a variety of things around the site but I guess most of the time I spend goes towards writing articles and trying to keep certain guides up-to-date. I also play the same two games than link and dump 100x the salt he does on the Discord he mentioned. I would certainly be one of the most frequent salt thread users had I chosen that as my outlet :D

I have my trusty Barrier deck that I've used for these questlines before, Greenglade Caretaker meets Brightsteel Formation. One-shotted this quest with it like most of the previous ones I've played.

That is my fear as well. There's some irony in it if they remove the current 2-mana 1/4 menace by nerfing it and buff some new 1/4s to fill the spot.
There are Caravans that would still feel fair at 1/4 but some, like Paladin, seem quite strong that way. And I don't exactly think Paladin needs help of any sort.
Did someone get the drops for the Masters Tour? They said it could take up to 48 hours. I thought the drops come with the patch, but they did not. 48 hours are over now.
Instantly after reaching the required watch time, just like with Week 2 of Grandmasters. Only GM Week 1 was slow for me.
I believe they were planning to look at potential card changes this week so depending on the result of that meeting it'd likely be 1-2 weeks from now, yes.
I actually meant to do the regions in that order but apparently I had Europe stats open first and just started writing them there :D Switching headers is definitely easier now.
Got a nice bugged quest, I'm not sure if it's meant to be an updated version of Crowd Controller or a new quest alongside it.
Stun 3 enemy units in a round OR
Stun 3 enemy units in a round
0/1 OR
0/1
I completed it without stunning anything so...it also showed both progress bars being completed at the same time.

That is correct, fixed.

For those that wish to see how things evolve:
Only players in a realistic danger of getting relegated are considered.
* relegation already certain ** still playing and can earn more points

Who needs what:
No packs if you already got two during Week 2 or later. Playoffs begin next week, and then there will be two new packs for everyone to grab.
