Anathemos is correct. Games simply do not reach fatigue anymore. Another reason why he does not see play is because there are not really a lot of good cards to corrupt it with that also make up for the fact you are only playing about one or two cards a turn. Tickatus also does not impact the board, which is important because the current standard meta is very board centric.
It is clear the pronouns were used so that they could upload all the mercs data in mass. With that in mind, it seems kind of unecessary to do so... especially when you consider people are coming to read about the merc's abilities and not their pronouns.

I do agree with you. If you are not having fun with a video game, you should not play it.
Honestly, Mr.Smite has not warped the wild meta at all and I imagine is a bad inclusion in a deck whose early turns really matter against decks like ignite mage or quest hunter. I have yet to try to try standard but I can't imagine that Mr.Smite could make an aggro oriented meta even worse.
I only play TBs when there are new ones and tbh I was kind of amused. Watching me going from losing to winning because the AI did some stupid shit jus to lose the momentum and gain it back the next turn is wild. Maybe the pack should just be given to those who play a full game instead of winning...
A free leggo is typically given out when an expac is announced so it would make sense for the set to be added internally, maybe it was intended to be revealed today but mercs and the miniset threw it off?
It is interesting how the Paladin and Rogue decks are old (kind of) meta decks with a new legendary slotted in, but the other two are ripped straight from the meta. I don't even think Edwin would see play in the SI:7 deck so it feels more like a theme deck, but Paladin has Mr.Smite which does seem good.
I think Edwin is very mediocre in standard but worth considering running in a deck that runs a lot of cheap cards in wild. The immediate deck I thought of when I saw it was Kingsbane, which already has some pirate synergy and runs a lot of 1 cost cards. Smite is a little absurd IMO for the current standard meta... worth noting that the pirates summoned by warrior's quest reward are summoned at the start of your turn and will benefit from Smite. Cookie does not seem awful for wild. People run the toxifin+aoe Murloc combo often in control decks so I can see this being a good general anti-aggro tool that also helps to clear the board. Sneed seems mediocre simply because of the cost. It does set a unique precedent in being able to choose multiple targets unless I am misinterpreting the card.
Google tells me that 3749.00 CAD to USD is 3,026.17. It was ballsy of you to try and buy it, I would be too scared of it actually going through and not getting a refund from Blizz.
At this point, I am convinced we will eventually see a class ban system. I hope if it does get implemented, they are willing to remove it if it is not as successful as Dean imagines it to be.
I 100% agree with Caro. Team 5 would never make a dual class skin. I could see a character being a skin for two classes, but never one skin for two classes. Simplicity has always been important to Team 5. We literally did not get more deckslots until 2020 because they thought it might be too confusing.
Cairne is absolutely insane. I imagine he is a requirement at this point. Baron as well; he can snipe out a important merc before they can do anything crazy. I really like the Samuro/Xrella combo as it allows Samuro actually get the attack buff, and works well with Sylvanas as the copies Samuro summons buff her 2nd ability.
Honestly I am suprised Warrior did not get a nerf; it is performing really well in both wild and standard.
