these are pretty cool! the main issue I have with them is that because the effects are opposite, you would never actually want to play them in a deck, they either do just what you want or the exact opposite of it.

both ysara and brightwing are pretty lucky pulls. especially if you are a new player at lower ranks. they both generate pretty good value.
you should never DE legendaries for three reasons:
it is bad value. you are losing what is approximately 1600 dust in value to get 400 dust.
you might open duplicates. if you own a legendary, you can never open another copy of it unless you own all legendaries from that set. so if you DE it you might open it later and that is bad value.
you never know what might be good. some legendaries are horrible but then later become very good cards. a good example of this would be Aviana, she used to be very bad when she was first released, but then later we got Kun the Forgotten King, who was able to refresh your mana crystals and then you could have all your minions cost 1 and all your mana left, which made a bunch of combo decks viable.
I have lost tons of dust from hastily crafting and disenchanting legendaries. you should wait until you have been playing the game for at least a few months before you start disenchanting epics and legendaries just so you can get better grips of whats good or not, and what legendaries might end up being playable, and of course, ask the community for advice when dusting or crafting legendaries.
the list already runs snake trap! I would use rat trap but I don't have it.
I will add SN1P-SN4P and see how it goes!
Oh you're completely right, apologies. I overlooked it somehow. Rat Trap is arguably the best hunter secret in standard though. I would strongly consider crafting it if you can afford it.
You'd be surprised how often people don't or forget to play around it, even at higher levels. And a 6/6 that can immediately attack on your turn is just insane. That damage helps a LOT in securing wins in games where you would usually fall short.
thanks, I have enough dust to craft an epic, I used to have rat trap but then dusted it like an idiot, I will probably end up crafting it.
I still think it is worth it to add in a misdirection simply because there are not too many secrets in the deck now, I will probably end up cutting a Desert Spear for it.

I own all the old gods right now (C'Thun, Y'Shaarj, Rage UnboundYogg-Saron, Hope's End, and N'Zoth, the Corruptor), occasionally I try and make decks that focus on the cards, and I was wondering what everyones favorite old gods are, and what decks you enjoy playing with them right now.
My favorite is either Yogg, because he is a blast, or N'zoth, because he is the most practical one.
It looks a lot more synergistic and what highlander hunter should actually be though, so you're on the right track with this one. It can most likely take you to rank 5.

Some of the cards I have in here I have simply because I don't know what to have instead. I don't really know what direction my deck wants to go in. but after hearing all of your advice I decided to make the following changes and see how it works.

Sean Connery's character, Connor MacLeod, was not Egyptian, he was from Scotland. I know this is not the point of the article but I had to say something.
I find it interesting that brightwing is on 2 peoples lists. do you guys really think he is worth it?
I wouldn't say he's worth it, but is probably the only useful classic legendary I still need. Plus he has a place right now in Tess Rogue.
I saw a highlander hunter running one the other day. I guess if you are playing a class without much resource generation and you need more tools, a random legendary isn't the worst

these decks are a little bit funny but many just seem like a waste of space.

be patient, and you will be rewarded!

the dumbest arena deck I can remember is when I drafted a Sir Finley of the Sands. I lost just about every single game I did not draw him.
I dont have one! if you want to add one you can replace whatever you want really, the list is not yet refined.

and + [Hearthstone Card (secret keeper) Not Found], Tracking, Freezing Trap, Misdirection, Pressure Plate, Sunreaver Spy, Masked Contender, and Hyena Alpha
Ragnaros the Firelord
end of turn trigger
oh yeah, I messed up, sorry.
man, I was really hoping for that That special Brawl we heard about the other week, I am a little dissapointed
When the nerfs hit I was able to craft Dinotamer Brann and I built a highlander hunter. I homebrewed the following list:
Deck ID Not Found
I am still working on improving the list and I would appreciate your advice!
thanks to everyone who gave me feedback! the deck is working out a lot better now than it was before. I appreciate it!

I can't see the image.
does it work with other classes too?

if it is golden, dust it, that is my golden rule.
like zoobernut said, if you don't know what you want to craft yet, then keep it.
if you have a golden legendary, unless it is literally the best legendary you could possibly have, then you are losing value by keeping it.
