Can't believe how many people are saying that this would "deny opponent's draws". Even after someone pointed out above that that's not how "Cast when drawn" cards work. Do people read the thread before posting? Or tooltips for that matter?
As far as I know, no one above mentioned that cast when drawn automatically draws you a card.
before cast when drawn was a keyword(s?) I am pretty sure it specifically mentioned drawing an extra card, but then they chaged it into a keyword that automatically drew you a card. The keyword is not a very common one so please excuse my mistake.
@Ravensun, after looking at all of your cards, I think I like the second one the best. I like summoning Taunts better than just 1/1's because I feel like the taunts would do more to affect the board. The third card looks super neat, however I feel like maybe a 5/5 for 5, or a 6/6 for 6 would be more balanced. just because then aggro decks would have a better chance of getting out their early cards.

I mainly like elders and worshipers because they fight for the board, but I could see you wanting to play a more battlecry-oriented deck.
I didn't have the quest when I built this deck, I don't know if you would want it though. Aside from a bigger C'thun, I don't think the quest does much. Losing a card just seems like to big a price.
Twin Emperor is a good choice, I don't have him, and unless you cut grumbles and doppelgangsters he isn't very good for shudderwock.
I don't know exactly what you would do if you do cut grumble and doppelgangsters. they give you infinite shudderwocks, which can potentially make you deal 60 damage just from shudderwocks copying C'thun! and then if that doesn't finish them then you have 10+ C'thuns in your deck that are at least 100/100. I just don't see why you would want to cut grumble and doppelgangsters.

I wonder if you could build a shudderwock OTK where you use Midnight Drake, Leatherclad Hogleader, Coldlight Oracle, and Doppelgangster to just bash your opponent in one turn with a board full of giant shudderwocks! and you could also use Fencing Coach to make sure your shudderwocks have as much attack as possibe. the coldlight oracles would fill up your opponents hand so the hogriders would garuntee get charge, and they would also help fill your hand for the midnight drake.

I get that, but how do you get enough mana to play the linecracker (7), then gloop (1) then bees (3)? you would have to spend 11 mana before you can start generating more mana.
I'm a bit at a loss what the dragons are even doing in this deck: if the goal is to shore up the early game with EG Blackwing Technician & Twilight guardian, why is every last dragon a 1-of? Wouldn't you want to hit at least those cards consistently every match?
On an even more base level the dragons confuse me because one of the main reasons to go for dragon synergies is so you can cut spells in favour of minions that kinda behave like spells (CF dragon conjurer mage with Book of Specters early in the RoS meta. King Phaoris wants you to have a mitt full of spells, so why not just play the spells?
well one reason to have the dragon stuff is so that, like you said, you could have minions that act like spells. The point of this is to make king phaoris and spiteful summoner more consistent.

I agree, this deck is the most reliable way to generate the most armor.
Usually though I see them running emperor thaurisson and not gloop. how is it supposed to work with gloop anyway? you spend 7 mana on linecracker, then 1 mana on gloop, then you don't have enough mana for bees. unless you run innervate or already have a way to kill a minion on board.

I would like to try this deck, but I am missing too many cards. I will try and review the deck anyway.
The list seems to run a lot of random and niche cards, it seems to kinda be all over the place, so I would suggest these changes to make the deck more focused.
- Faerie Dragon The card is only here for dragon synergy, and there are better cards that can do that
- Nightmare Amalgam same as faerie dragon, there are better cards that can do the same thing
- Cobalt Scalebane I don't really like this guy, I would rather run something more value-oriented
- Arcane Dynamo this guy is just too slow and you have firetree to generate spells
- Skulking Geist This card is pretty awkward to play and most of the time it is not worth it
Arcane Tyrants are not necessary (Anubisath Defender is way better. I actually cut the Archivist since it backfired too much. Haven't updated it in awhile, sorry about that. Spitefuls are pretty solid choices, but only worth crafting if you play enough wild to use them. There are big spell decks for most classes you could do.
I have enough dust to craft one and a half epics, I only have one defender, and I am not 100% sure about crafting spitefuls. I will proably play around with phaoris some and see how much I still want to play the archetype after a week or so
Thanks for the deck, I can't play it though. I am missing both Arcane Tyrants, as well as both spitefuls and Grand Archivist. Looks like a cool deck though!

Hey guys, I just wanted to share something that made me happy today.
I had opened a bunch of Uldum packs without a legendary, roughly 30-35, and I was getting a little frustrated. Today I opened a pack and hovered over a card to find it glowing orange. my reaction was "its about time, this better be good" I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a GOLDEN King Phaoris! This is a card I wanted to try out, but I was a little scared to craft it, and now I have a super shiny version of it! I usually dust golden legendaries because I am F2P, but I think I will keep this guy. for one, he is super shiny, and also this is a legendary I really wanted to have.
I will try him out in a quest druid and a big spell shaman. wish me luck!
Quest Shaman is probably one of the more overrated decks in the game right now. It is certainly good, but, as VS pointed out, it's not as good as its representation suggests it would be.

I have been sitting on over a thousand dust for a while, I now have 2,000 + and I still don't know which legendary I want to craft.
I have seen [Hearthstone Card (Barista Lychen) Not Found] in a bunch of decks and she seems like a good legendary. I also have the shaman quest, and I have seen her in a lot of quest decks. do you think she would be worth crafting?

I think that it takes your deck into consideration when offering you buckets. so if you take a lot of C'thun buckets, it will be more likely to offer you a C'thun bucket.

I do partly agree, especially when there are some users who make like a million different OTK decks, most of which the community likes. I don't have anything against jank combo decks, but have several different dumb combo decks on the front page at the same times is a little repetitive.
It really bothers me how much everyone hates this.
It only bothers you because of how much you are letting yourself hate it. Just stop talking about it, stop making such a big deal about it, or any kind of deal about it. and it wont bother you anymore.
You don't understand people with OCD, do you? You can't just stop being bothered by something. That's not how it works.
I understand what OCD is. Most people who say they have OCD just mean they notice a detail and it annoys them. That is not OCD, that is being a normal person. I am sure there are some people playing hearthstone who have Obsessive-Compulsion Disorder. but most people who hate the 5 gold so much don't have OCD but are just making it more annoying for themselves by obsessing over it and buying arena runs just to get rid of it.
Most people would have the 5 gold bother them less if they would just stop obsessing over it so much. I am not saying this is true for everyone, but most people are just making this worse for themselves.
Even if that's all true that still doesn't change that "just stop letting it bother you" is the least productive response to valid criticism ever. If it's something stupid and annoying that could easily be fixed, why shouldn't you let that bother you? Why shouldn't you voice your annoyance about it?
Problems that aren't voiced aren't heard and tend not to be resolved.
fair point.
When I say "stop letting it bother you" I mean that if you dont make a big deal about it, you will find yourself less frustrated. If something is bothering you and you continue to talk and talk about it, you will 100% end up more frustrated with it than if you had just put up with it and move on.

Congrats to all the winners!
I forgot about omega defender, she is definitely better. I don't own her but kinda wish I did for my shudderwock decks.

Next Art:
Must be a spell called 'black lotus' and it must have a unique ability.

- Gift of the Wild there are better big spells to use
- Grand Archivist you already mentioned you had replaced him, but you never said for what
-2 Arcane Tyrant as mentioned by Esparanta
and I would add in
+ Netherspite Historian has fair stats and great value
+2 Scaleworm these guys give you removal without you having to run spells
+2 Blackwing Corruptor same as the scaleworm, they provide removal and are minions
+2 Moonglade Portal as mentioned by Esparanta
+ Primordial Drake I had removed some dragons, and I like this guy as a solid taunt and a minor AOE
+ Ultimate Infestation even if you don't play it, it is 10 mana
I have not played with the deck, this is just my opinion after looking at the list.
Next Art:
Make it a minion or spell, but it must be dragon related in some way.
there is no way I would have the self control to keep a golden Shifter Zerus, I salute you for your persistence.
