"PTR" stands for Public Test Realm, a location where the developers can introduce beta elements and make changes after player feedback and testing. It's a bridge between alpha still-in-development projects and actual live gameplay. Games like League of Legends and Overwatch do this; the implication is that Hearthstone's live state *is* the Public Test Realm, and we're all beta testers on a permanent basis. I don't necessarily agree with that assertion, but I believe that's what RavenSunHS is getting at.
Not really: they just embody Aggro archetypes, and I don't like those. It doesn't help that they continue to sour the Paladin with their unwarranted presence. They have no business being a Paladin "thing", let alone a recurring one; there are other, much more flavorful archetypes that get the shaft and yet Murloc Paladin gets to keep existing. I suppose I'm a little salty about that.
What would you replace Underlight Angling Rod with in that Pure Paladin deck? I don't have one and don't want to craft a Murloc card because I generally hate them. I own everything else the deck requires.

As for the topic at hand, I think all deck-attacks are frustrating to deal with, so I totally agree with the premise. You use your stuff, I'll use my stuff, and we'll see which is better. Leave my stuff alone.
While I'm here, an apology: I stopped handing out feedback 'cause I'm taking a little break from the competition this week. Wasn't feeling good on my cards, and it bugged me when someone chewed me out for not giving others a chance to win. Sorry I haven't been participating.
We don't have any laid-down plans yet for how we will proceed with Season 2 and beyond, but everything is up for discussion! We like that this idea can help reestablish and maintain context with your entries, but it also kind of forces people to actually use the description box whether they want to or not. It could place a lot more relevance on the description than there should be; we want you to focus on the cards, not the essays written about them lol
But again, nothing is off the table. We can see both sides of the argument, and we'll discuss it and report back when it's time.
I can't for the life of me remember what I used last time. I want to say it was Scavenging Hyena-related, but that's an easy ban choice so I'm not sure.
I'm still gonna use Mecha Jaraxxus because I like him more (and because I paid for him...), but I won't say no to adding another option to my collection!

As for your card, I think the Combo's ability to instantly proc Bazaar Burglary is a concern. You wouldn't need any-other burgle card; you could just run this and a way to tutor it. I like the card, don't get me wrong, I just think the ability to finish a Quest in one card/Battlecry is a problem (Cataclysm can do it, too, I guess, but I hate that card and that Quest so whatever).
So, do you guys think its a good idea to submit my Loatheb concept from the last competition? It has (5) attack and has a choose one effect, good for both Untapped Potential and Jungle Giants. Or maybe i should think in another card?
I personally wouldn't ever recommend repeating a card submission, but it's not against the rules to submit an old idea so it's up to you. As long as it didn't win, of course; repeating a winner would be against the rules lol
Here are my two ideas; the Warrior cards are basically the same thing, just a question of balance and/or how you prefer the description to play out:
While it does not directly support The Last Kaleidosaur, Wraith Knight is a minion you want to cast spells on. When the Reborn kicks in, all of the spells you've played on it come back, rebuilding the minion.
Tauren Horncaller fully explains the effect, giving you a Tauren Warrior.
Baine Bloodhoof does not explain the effect, and I included a Battlecry because I felt the effect wasn't enough for a Legendary. Might be a little OP, but it's just a first draft :P I edited in the updated version, based on Pokeniner's feedback.
You're not imagining anything: if you go to our page on Unseal the Vault, you can see the original iteration of Unseal the Vault. Plus if you hover over the Hero Power, you'll see it's still called "Ramkahen Roar" (it takes time to update). No idea why they changed it; I liked the old name more.

I love Ashe/Frostbite decks so I'm very intrigued by the last one on the list, even if she's not the focus. I also like the MF/Quinn deck: seems like a natural combination. Don't have either champion, though, so if I'm gonna craft it might be easier to stick with what I have and do the Ashe deck.

Didn't earn much dust from extra copies, but I dusted my Hanar and I'm okay with that. Might finally craft Siamat.
If I owned Akali I would totally try out that Handbuff Warrior because I like playing buffed minions, but alas I'm not gonna craft it.

I keep getting Nautili instead of Miss Fortunes, but I don't have the Sea Monsters to support him :(

Some quick feedback:
MenacingBagel - I like it, although the Taunt feels really tacked on. The Battlecry is unique, though, so there's that.
Conduit - My favorite is the Shaman card. The flavor and the gameplay match up very well.
Wailor - I think naming it "Recurring Thief" or "Recurring Criminal" is fine. That said I like Darkspear Survivor the most.
